Shoddy, irresponsible, & distracted don't even begin to describe the staff at this clinic. I took my dog for a rabies vaccine. Despite my dog's paperwork being stamped for a rabies vaccine only, the vet tech handed a distemper vaccine to the vet who didn't both to check it until after giving it to my dog. He realized his mistake & told me to "be happy because I had just gotten a free vaccine". Over administering of distemper vaccine can be fatal. My dog isn't due for this vaccine for another 9 months and has had allergic reactions from over-vaccinating in the past. When I voiced my concerns to the vet, he tried to inject my dog with another needle claiming it was anti-histamine. Since they couldn't seem to keep their needles straight in the first place, I wasn't letting him anywhere near my dog again. Please think twice before bringing your dog to this clinic. It's a poorly run system with potentially serious consequences. If you care about your pets, find a better option.

This is the worst!!!!The vet in my opinion needs anger management classes.He went off on me and started screaming and in my face cuz my dog was on leash when he asked for him and he wanted both my dogs held.I told him I had a medical condition and could not hold both of them in my arms.He screamed at me I don't give a damn and continued to rant and rave very loudly.I left this clinic and will never return.Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Got to site for shots 30 minutes early & got my dog out of the truck on grass next to truck on leash. owner drove in & started yelling that he is not going to give my dog a shot & will not treat today. My dog was laying next to where I nwas sitting on grass.We just got out of the car for a few minutes since we were so early & did not expect the company to be ther so early. This man was a crazy & just went off. I don't think he has very good customer service. If we were in his spot, he should have just stated that we needed to put the dog back in the car since they were ready to set-up. He was just screeming before he got out of the vehicle. I will never do business with this company again.
