Fantasic! Dr. Taylor and his staff are so great with my pets. They give nothing less then the best care. Cleanest hospital I have ever seen. Not cheap but absolutely worth every penny!

Awesome staff. My dog was really sick and not doing well. I ended up having to take him to Langley to be treated but anytime I had any questions or didn't understand what the other doctors were trying to tell me about his condition I would phone over there and they would get his file and try to help me sort through what was happening. I will never be able to thank them enough for all of the time they spent with me during this difficult situation. In the end we did have to have him put down but because of their advise we got to spend 6 more wonderful months with him before he took a turn for the worse again.

It was established that my 3.5 month old puppy was healthy on the first visit via an examination We required a follow up 2 weeks later to get another round of shots. At that time we were charged again for an "annual wellness examination and consultation" which was the same as 2 weeks prior with the addition of shots. It was established that the puppy had ear mites and it was treated and we were told to come back in 2 weeks for a FREE follow up to ensure the mites were irradicated. We brought the puppy back in 2 weeks and were charged for yet another "examination follow up". The statement wasn't reviewed until after we returned home. When we called to inquire on the additional charges, the receptionist was incredibly rude and gave a run around story with inconsistent statements first acknowledging the return visit was complimentary then later said it was chargeable because we had to pay for dr time. Totally unprofessional practice!

Chis is excellent vet, I am a raw feeder and am doing titers vs vaccinations. He has never questioned or criticized. He has gone out of his way to find info for me and is responsive to any information I have sent him. (Doberman Head Bobbing). I highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr Taylor is an excellent surgeon, great doctor and all round nice guy. The clinic is spotless, the staff well-trained, with a registered vet tech doing dentals. He treats all 3 of my dogs, even did orthopedic work to correct another vets mistakes.
