Tried to charge me $200 more for something than the vet in Roblin would and said a certain tooth of my cat's needed to come out, but Roblin vet had pulled a totally different one and said the tooth the swan vet wanted out was totally solid and didn't need to come out at all. Staff were fairly condescending toward me and tried to push things that I already knew I didn't want. They assumed I had zero knowledge, which I can understand because the average pet owner does. I am educated on my pets and have done tons of research. I was frustrated that they pushed things so much when I told them no. Very disappointed with this vet clinic and I will not be returning there if I can help it.
