Click to report rating    12/12/11   1     1     5     2   I took my sick dog here and they gave him a canine booster shot which killed him that night. After researching I found out you never give a sick dog a booster shot. What kind of vet does this? Now my dog is dead and he was only 5 years old. RID: 29784
Click to report rating    12/30/10   4     3     2     1   This vet is all about the $$$$$$. If you have it fine, if you mention that you are on a limited budget, they turn sour on you. Staff is super nice, doctors, not so much. They are kind of arogent, and give you answers that sound like you are bothering them. The front desk is great I have to say. They are really knowledgable, and will cut you a break sometimes, on the food, and other products if they can. I spent over 1800.00 on my cat, and all I ever heard from the doctors was "since you do not have the money to do surgery then your options are limited" Two doctors wanted to do surgery on her before all other possibilites were looked at. The cost of care is absurd. $900 for a two day stay, and she got sick a week later. RID: 21683
Click to report rating    3/1/09   2     5     2     1   Although this vet is large and has a great facility, the staff is switched up so often you can't find someone who even knows you or your pets file. you see a diff Dr each time and the techs are so unpersonable. it's more "get in and get out" so they can get the next animal in to get more money for more patients going in each day. it's VERY expensive as well. i asked a tech to cut my dogs nails and if she gave issues to not bother. they took her in and she gave them issues and instead of just stopping like i asked them to they muzzled her and had 4 people pin her down, i heard her screaming but didn't even realize it was her at the time b/c the noise was something i've never heard from my dog before. they brought her back to me muzzled and when she saw me she was so scared she jumped into my lap and was shaking. i'd like to point out she is 70lbs! they then also noted her file that she was "dangerous" and asked me to muzzle her each time i brought her back. i haven't returned.
