Very long story short, we couldn't be more pleased with All West and would recommend to anyone with a dog needing TPLO surgery. Our Charlie's cruciate ligaments were in bad shape and because he's only 5 years old and very active (this boy likes to climb mountains with his daddy), we decided to get TPLO done on both of his legs. After a lot of research, we chose All West for their extensive experience with this surgery and their much lower cost than other, more local options (We live on Vancouver Island). It's been a long process (first surgery was at the end of June, and the second in mid-September), but everyone at All West has been amazing. Super supportive and accessible whenever we had questions or concerns. Today our boy got the all clear to resume regular daily activities. He just has to hold off on the mountain climbing for a while.

Dr Sran was absolutely the best but the other male vet we seen we didn’t like he didn’t do the full proper exam didn’t notice my dog was neutered or had a huge lump on his Leg then they couldn’t tell me which of one of my cats had which shot or which medications then they couldn’t even give my fur babies the right amount of revolution which is also stressful and my file is missing half the information that was missing from my file then today had a older lady come out and tell me that I was disrespectful because I said how upset I was wirh the services and how rude I am and then called the cops on me cause my bf didn’t like how she was talking to me overall if they vet assistance wasn’t so rude towards me i would have given a better review sadly to I’m very disappointed and was being attacked because I was upset with the service I got I’ve never been so upset about a vet being rude cause I was upset with the service not bashing dr Sran he was good but the other male I don’t appreciate

I can’t say enough about the overall experience I had with Allwest animal hospital. I was searching for a hospital that could perform a TPLO on my dog after my regular vet referred me to a clinic that was going to charge me more than double what Dr. Sran was willing to do it for. Not only were they substantially more affordable, but their care and genuine concern for my dog was outstanding. Surgical nurse Rhian was the first person I talked to and she completely put my mind at ease. She loved and cared for my dog as if he was her own. She stayed with him post-surgery to make sure he was ok, and was there for him first thing the following morning. She called me numerous times to notify me of his progress and to put my mind at ease. She also gave me her personal number in the event I needed to ask her a question or needed assurance if I had any concerns about his recovery. Dr. Sran, Rhian and staff all made this daunting process so much easier to endure. I am beyond grateful

AllWest Animal hospital isn’t amazing!!! Dr Sran is a miracle surgeon. He did both of my one dogs knees at once and has prolonged his life. He saved my Frenchie’s eye that he punctured with his dew claw. There isn’t a vet that I would recommend more than Dr Sran @ AllWest Animal Hospital. He works miracles!!!

The staff here are amazing. They go above and beyond what I have experienced at veterinary clinics in my life. I am so glad I have a place where I am comfortable that my cat will get the best care from the most caring people.

My husband and I had the good fortune of discovering Allwest Animal Hospital when we adopted two Siamese kittens this past summer. We took them there to get spayed/neutered and shots, and have also had occasion to visit recently when one the kittens got quite sick, giving us an awful scare. I can’t tell you how impressed we have been with Dr. Sran’s care, compassion and knowledge, as well as the wonderful customer service from all of the front desk staff. We are very happy to know that our little ones are in such good hands for anything they might need, and would highly recommend Allwest for wonderful care.

We have been going here for almost 20 years. Dr Sran and staff are amazing! The care my furbabies receive is second to none. The multi health issues our large brood have had is too many to count. The care and the recommendations by Dr Sran and staff truly make our lives easier!!!

Dr Sran and the staff at Allwest Animal Hospital are the best!! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. We had our furbaby, Odin in for TPLO surgery in February. Dr Sran was got us in within a week for surgery as we were put on a 3 month waitlist with our local vet. Im eternally grateful for his immediate attention. The care and love our dog was shown has made the healing process so much better. The staff calls often to check in for follow up and they are always ready to answer any questions that arise. Thanks so much!!!!

The staff were very polite and sympathetic of my concerns when I sent initial email for contact. Dr. Sran called me personally also and scheduled surgery within a week. When I arrived I found the facility a small clinic but it was clean and again staff were professional and polite and served me on time. I got an excellent price for TPLO surgery but I didn't see Dr. Sran based on price but because his work was amazing and it all went very smoothly. Our dog recovered quickly and had no problems post surgery. When bandages came off I was impressed with the incision...very clean, no bruising or swelling on the leg. After 3 months our dog was completely healed and she was back to normal activity. I highly recommend Dr. Sran for TPLO surgery!

Don't recommend cheap exam fee but expensive as other prices are way too high. Had to have a surgery redone by another vet. They over vaccinate and over medicate they are out to make $$$. Will not give you counsel that is not in their own best interest. RUN!!!!

We live on Vancouver Island and have a 4 year old, 130 lb. Doberman/Komondor cross dog who needed TPLO surgery. We consulted with 2 Vets on the island, and because of his size, we were quoted $5500. Just by chance, we emailed All West Animal Hospital in Abbostford. Right away, we received a response by phone and email from Rhianon. She was extremely compassionate, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. It was because of her exceptional customer service, we booked the appointment. We were thrilled with everything we received at All West. Dr. Sran was very thorough, kind and upfront with us. Levi had a successful surgery, and is now 2 weeks post op. Rhianon has texted us every week, asking how he is doing, and reminding us of what is coming up with his care. We wish we lived closer as All West would be our forever Vet. Thank you Dr. Sran and Rhianon for everything!

I have been a client for almost two years with Allwest.They are always professional, caring, knowledgeable and understanding when it comes to health care for my furkids.Recently I had to bring in a very sick cat and I didn't think that she would make it and I couldn't bear to put her down. Dr.Saran and his absolutely amazing staff provided the cat with outstanding treatment and care. I brought one of my cats in to donate blood for this cat and they wasted no time to save the sick cat. The cat survived and is at home now recovering. They provide on going support, information and health care and unbelievable affordable pet care. I am so grateful and thankful for Dr.Saran and all the staff especially Rhiannon and Kylie for the love, care and expertise they have provided for my "Furkids". I have been to many Animal Clinics but Allwest is the Best. I will always trust Allwest with the Health care of my furkids.

Absolutely terrible vet. Over charges on routine proceeders, recommence unnecessary testing and runs up his clients bills to hundreds of dollars without giving estaminets. Seems extremely rude especially to his staff, Doesn't greet patients. Shluffs off his responsibilities to his staff that are NOT qualified to do the job. if you care about your animal and your bank account DO NOT GO HERE!!

This facility is thus far, the best "bang for your buck" ... they do things differently than Whatcom Clinic but then their rates are a lot more competitve. The only think I did not like was when I took my feline into them to have her examed and given shots (I'd NEVER done that before with any of my cats in my life but they convinced me to) then they call me in for a booster shot which they told me was part of the first shot (second dose) but did NOT tell me that they wanted to CHARGE me (again) for it.

Our vet here in Victoria reccomended to search Dr. Sran in Abbotsford & I couldnt be happier to find him! I am very pleased w/the result of our dog's TPLO surgery & she is recovering great. Price is what drove us over there, I was very happy the TPLO surgery was HALF the cost w/All West compared to other facilities here on the island. I have to admit when we first walked into the clinic, I was aprehensive about my decision. It was small, cramped, & everything looked old & outdated, I was unsure if I had made the right decision to try this new vet "sight-unseen". But immediatly after meeting the friendly staff & Dr. Sran, I felt confident that they would take the best care of my pup (which they did!). They were patient & took the time to answer all of my questions (I had alot too!). Since we live on the island, its great I can rely on fast response via phone & email for any questions or concerns. I highly reccomend them for TPLO surgery on a budget!!

I have been going to Allwest for years! The staff are verty knowledgeable and friendly and I always have a pleasant experience there. My dog has had an orhopaedic surgery done there, and the care he received was the best I could ask for. The price was also significantly less than other clinics! I would never go anyehere else.

Had our dog neutered here a few weeks ago. Two days before he was to be neutered we gave him a flea treatment. The day of surgery the vet didn't even come out to meet us or our dog. Front desk staff was rude. They did the surgery and that went well but they shaved him which we did not authorize and charged us for a flea treatment. He is now infested! He's never been infested with fleas before. I would not recommend this vet to anyone, ever!

I found Dr Sran on-line when I was lookin for a better price for the surgery my dog had to have... TPLO.. Dr sran and his staff were wonderful through the whole process !!! Answered all my questions both before and after the surgery. ( and I had a few ! ) The surgery went very well and my girl is healing very well. Im so glad I found Dr Sran !! And his staff were so helpfull too ! Thankyou to all !!!

Due to the miss communication between the clinic and I.I am very pleased with the Dr reaching out to resolve the problem.I am very pleased with the outcome.Like I said before my animal was taken care of very well.Therefore I can now see myself bringing my animal back to this vet in the future.

Although I highly recommend you figure out the actual price for everything and get in writing I charged more then the quota I was told on phone then charged again for a BOOSTER shot which I was told was free. Its quite ridiculous when you're told one thing and having to be paying another. Staff etiquette/professional etiquette needs to be examined.Whatever happened to customer is always right.Never going to this vet again!!!!

We had our Italian Mastiff Frank in for a TPLO knee surgery, the staff, doctors and surgery were awesome. Frank is doing amazing and is almost ready to be off leash again and resume a normal life. I would not hesitate to go back for any other surgical procedures.

I am a pom breeder and using allwest for years for all sort of services.They more than meet my expectations every time I need them. Also they have thursday puppy vaccination clinic which is awesome for the breeders and new pet owners.

Took my dog here numerous times because of chronic ear infections. Dr. Sran kept prescribing antibiotics and running tests. It cost me several hundred dollars over a few months. Finally I took my dog to another vet who had some testing done. Turns out my dog was allergic to lamb. We were feeding him lamb and rice dog food. We changed the food and the ear infections disappeared. I wish I had gone to the other vet first instead of spending so much money numerous times here.

very professional services.I had my dogs knee repaired at another vet which failed after few months and he developed bad arthritis. Dr.Sran gave me different options,we decided TPLO ,and my dog is back to his hunting self.Dr.Sran is an excellent vet,surgeon and very nice person. I would recommend everybody to allwest who need any kind of surgery on their loving pets.

I took my dog there to get spayed and she came home with loss of bladder control. In addition, she would roll over and open her legs anytime we brought out scissors. This made us concerned that she was not properly anesthetized.

i been to Dr Sran and Dr Aulakh many times. they treated my both dogs and cat very well.i love how dr sran goes to attend different seminers and able to perform all the orthopedic surgeries in clinic. as well as Ultrasound. the exam fee is only $18 and Dr Aulakh spent over 30 minutes to make sure i got all the information regarding vaccines. most of the staff has been replaced, but the new staff is as good as previous staff. i will recommend Dr sran and dr aulakh to everyone, they r the best.

very good vet. dr. sran always cares about the pets that visit him and especially my dog. i am really confused on why people would rate him badly, he is an awesome and very knowledgeable vet with a killer staff. i think the negative reviews might be from people are very mean and stubborn.

10 years ago I went to many vet offices trying to find a vet that cared about the animals more then money. I started at all west seeing Dr.Saran just for my cats to get fixed. Now 10 years later I take my many animals to them all the time for everything! They know my dogs by name and even throw in additional vaccines (corona) and not charging me. Most of the front staff is wonderful. I've only had problems with one and told the vet and she did get fired. They have wonderful specials on spay days and dental days. They have saved me lots of money and treat my pets wonderful!! I would stand by them 100%

I've been to All West approximately 2 times overall and haven't received the best treatment either times. I feel as though they push you into spending a lot of money for no reason what so ever. I had to wait almost an hour one time just for some vaccinations. I've heard many horror stories about this clinic and wouldn't recommend it to anyone for anything.
