Even with COVID the staff let us have all the time we needed when having our companion euthanized. A donation in his memory was made to the OVC Pet Trust. Wonderful treatment during a stressful time.

Breeder client here. We drive from Guelph for their expertise, caring and compassion. Vets are well educated and open minded. Techs are extremely competent and front desk staff are always helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for better care.

I am so impressed with this clinic, they are going to become my regular vet. I will be happy to drive an hour to use their services. I have used them for fertility work on my Standard Poodles a number of times and have attended health testing clinics there and have always walked away impressed by the level of care.

I am sickened by this clinic. They turned us away and refused to help when our Great Dane was experiencing Bloat and was dying because he wasn't a regular patient of theirs. Time was of the essence and we ended up having to drive 37 min away to Guelph. Later, once my dog died from not getting help in time I spoke to owner who I spoke to the owner who was rude, mean, heartless, insensitive and insulting. She spoke over me very loudly, she made excuses for what happened, and she even put some blame on me. Telling me that if I have lived in Hillsburgh for 9 months and had 3 dogs then I should've come in and introduced myself and maybe they would have taken my dog that night he died. She also told me that my dog would have died no matter what. He would've had no chance. It ended with her saying "you have problems!" then she hung up on me. I don't recommend this vet, they have zero compassion.

I just had a great experience at this clinic! I took my dogs to the dog park and the Great Dane I am babysitting was attacked and needed veterinary attention after hours. 11:15 at night a tech and a vet met me at the clinic and stitched her up. They were fantastic, both were very personable and capable and made both the dog and I feel at ease. At the end of it all even with the after hours call fee the bill was about half of what I was expecting to pay! After this experience I am strongly considering switching my own dogs to this clinic!

The staff are friendly, competent and compassionate in caring for my Beloved German Shepherd. I understand why so many clients come over a distance to receive the best care and education possible for their pets. Today was a very difficult day, having my dog put to sleep, but my dog was treated with love and compassion and I felt the same for myself.

Not so great for me. No compassion at all when euthanizing your animal. Bill is sent in a previous food bill. I guess that's all that is to them making money. No time for greiving or time to prepare for picking up of your best friend. When picking up my best friend I was told i owed $1.90 which i never was billed for at all. They truly suck

As the current owner of a 2 Great Pyrenees and a past owner of a Golden Retriever with skin issues I wouldn't go anywhere else. Carol and Raza are amazing. The vet techs the best there is. I drive about 1-1/2 hours one way and wouldn't think of going to another vet. We recently has an issue with one of our Pyrs and the vet was called back after hours. We were met at the clinic at 10 PM and were greeted by the vet and the techs standing by for our 10 year old Pyr who could no longer support her back end. Through an overnight stay and some medication, she's pretty much back to where she was before her "episode". I couldn't imagine taking my 4-leggeds anywhere else (and won't). It's well worth the drive. They are a caring, responsible clinic always keeping what's best for the animals in mind. Juli Balinsky

Dr, Graham & staff are without a doubt one of the best Vet Clinics around..I drive 45 min. from Mississauga. for appts. very honest, forthright, opinions & what is best for the pet & your feelings/$$ ..very helpful in all ways...I have been to several Vets. in Mississauga/Oakville in the over 35 yrs of Lhasa Apso owning & she (Dr Graham) is the best.

Love them! I drive 25 minutes to get there. A broad variety of services (clearances for performance/breeding animals, reproductive services, and just flat out good companion animal care), emergency/after-hours coverage, and a sensible, open-mionded approach.

I can't say enough good things about this clinic. I travel with my dog from Mississauga and I wouldn't even consider another veterinarian clinic. Whenever I needed an urgent appointment they have always been so helpful and accommodating. They never make me feel rushed and spend the time needed to reassure my dog and answer all of my questions. The doctors are very knowledgeable and you feel confident in their diagnosis. They were quick in diagnosing my great dane with osteosarcoma bone cancer and getting me a referral to see an oncologist. I am so grateful for their services and knowing that they care and will help you in anyway they can. I have had many dogs over the years and have tried 4 other veterinarians over the years, and have found Dr. Jones. and Dr. Springer by far the best on all accounts. Highly recommend this team of professionals and their support staff.

Excellent clinic. Western and homeopathic medicine, complementing each other. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I also travel over an hour to use this clinic and can't say enough good things about them.

Great vet that I actually travel 1hr to their location from Millgrove,On. For emergency you can always depend on getting one of the vets as they are on pager system after hours. I put my total trust in this vet. They treat both homapathy medicine and regular medicine. One vet is very involved in rescue. These vets are very experiences with large breed dogs as I have Great Danes. One vet is excellant with cats. Both are excellant Donna Petrie
