We have taken our three dogs to Pinhurst Vet for about 6 months and have had outstanding service. We are more than pleased with the entire staff. From the moment we walked in the front door the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. Dr. Daphne has been awesome in caring for the dogs. She genuinely cares about our pets and it shows. We are more than pleased with the entire staff and we will continue to tell others.

Took my 12 year old cat in as he was not feeling well & throwing up but not sickly. Vet did checkup and tests. Cat was given a steroid shot to help him. In less than 24 hrs, he died. I know he was older but he was not by any means on his way out. I felt very confused as to why he died. He went to the vet on Wednesday around 1:45pm and left around 3pm. He died at 1pm the next day. Most of the morning he was out of it and could not keep himself steady. I took in a cat who was eating regularly but throwing up and he was loosing some weight but not dying. I don't know that a shot was the answer and ultimately I feel it killed him. I am not a vet so I don't know what was the real reason for his death but feel hat had I not taken him in, he would not have died the next day.

I was initially impressed with the clean and modern office space but soon realized it was hiding an incompetant staff. After moving to Bismarck from out of state I found this vet because of their website. When I stopped in to introduce myself and ask a few questions the two receptionists gave conflicting answers to almost every question I had. At one point a woman, I believe she was a vet, came up front to clear up the misunderstandings but I left feeling very confused. After asking a few people in town I learned that one of the vets had mis-prescribed medication to them. That was enough for me to go in search of a new vet.
