We had been to a few vets in Langley and area, there certainly is no shortage of them! but no other clinic we frequented has made us as happy as the folks at Aldor. Great service, very thorough and dedicated. I cannot say enough good things. Please go visit them if you need a good and honest vet!! Worth the drive for those not in the immediate area as well!

Excellent care and a wonderful staff. They genuinely care about your pet and are kind and gentle to you as well. We have been "patients" for almost 50 years with a variety of pets. Dr. Pfaender is excellent and her assistants are amazing.

Great vets but staff not always “tuned in” when coming for appointments. Believe there’s some miscommunications in the office, at least going by the unusual questioning happening at time of appointment.Vetenay care however, is excellent!

Our Yorke Stevie ended up having to have surgery twice very close together for a torn A.C.L. first the left leg then the right 2 months later. Very pleased they were able to do the surgery at their clinic and were always caring, gentle, and informative. We have been taking Stevie there since he was born, he is nine now and we have never had any problems.

This vet is not very good at diagnostics. We asked for an xray because we believed that there was an intestinal obstruction that was causing our dog's vomiting. The vet just prescribed antibiotics and sent us on our way. Our dog continued to vomit and we ended up going to a different vet. We finally got the xray that we asked for and there was an intestinal obstruction after all.

They care about the animals and owners not just the dollars. I have been going here for 4 years now. I had a Lab that was diabetic. After bad experiences at 2 other vets and feeling like I was only a bank account. Aldor was recommended to me. From the first visit with a very sick dog, I always felt that they cared. They helped me keep her as happy and healthy as we could without pushing me to take drastic steps. They were compassionate and caring not only to the dog, but me as well. When it came time to make that very hard decision they gave me all the privacy, time and understanding I needed. They made sure the office was quite, and stress free as possible. Now with our newest addition, she will be a regular patient at Aldor. I love the doctor's and all the assistants. I have been a dog owner for 40 years, and the best veterinary experiences I have had have been with Aldor. I have no problem recommending them, and do regularly.

We adopted a dog from the SPCA 10 months ago and this was his first visit to a vet with us. I actually used this website to view reviews of veterinarians and chose Aldor. I was not disappointed! Very friendly staff and the doctor was great. They also gave us a complimentary first exam for our new pooch. Much appreciated! This will definitely be our veterinarian from now on =)

Over the years I have been to many different clinics with my pets. My pets are my family and I want the best care for them. I respect the Doctors at Aldor and appreciate the honesty and care they provide. I am never worried that I will be offered a service that is not needed or that I will be taken advantage of. The Doctors and staff truly care about you and your pets. The after hour emergency care is great and sometimes the Doctors even take the pets home with them if they need after hours care. This is a clinic that I would recommend to anyone seeking honest and competent care of their pets, and trust me, I am very picky about who treats my animals!

We are thrilled with the service we received from Dr. Pfander (probably spelled that wrong, but you know who I'm talking about). Our Rottweiler Tonka recently had a telescoped telescope bowl. He had lost a lot of body weight by the time we discovered he was throwing all his food up, and was good as dead. Dr. Pfander x-rAyed him and found no impaction due to consumption of bone. She opted to do exploratory surgery and found the telescoped bowl and Immediately removed the telescoped section and he's 100% now. The billing was very reasonable and I would recommend her to anyone.

We've had numerous dogs and cats in the past so have been to many vets. The team at Aldor Veterinary Clinic is in my opinion the best. Dr Phaender and Radley are knowledgable and skilled and they consult with and use other professionals regularly to ensure that diagnosis is accurate and that the best care is provided for your pet. Never once did I feel I was being offered a procedure that wasn't necessary. They are realistic in explaining options and outcomes and I always felt they had the best interest of my pet in mind. We recently lost Theo after surgery which wasn't the outcome we wanted but we new the risks going into surgery and after our loss the staff and doctors at the clinic showed great compassion and concern. It was obvious that they all love the animals they work with which is by far the greatest endorsement. Thanks to all the staff and to Dr Phaender and Radley. We highly recommend your clinic and would never hesitate to bring another pet through your doors.

Dr Pfaender is the best. She has amazing knowledge and skillset and actually cares about the animals as well. Plus she is super friendly, helpful & caring. I was terrified to have a less common surgery for my dog but the clinic put me at ease before, during & after surgery, so accomdating and helpful. I cannot recommend this clinic enough - we are so blessed to have this doctor in Langley. I am so glad I found this place. Staff (Heather, Rebecca & Kathy) are amazing too. Botton line - if you need an amazing vet you can trust 100%, go here.

Outstanding care by all vets and staff! Jane is awesome and really cares (as does everyone there). I truly believe this is the best clinic in the Langley area and will never go anywhere else. They might be a little out of the way depending on where you live, but well worth the drive!

After using many vets in Langley and Surrey and not being satisfied, I am so happy I found this clinic. Unfortunately all my pets came with health issues but I could not be happier with the love and care my pets have been provided with here. Like everyone before me has said, this clinic really does care.

I brought my dog to Aldor vet clinic because he was hit by a car and not able to walk on his one leg. They took x rays of his leg and told me he dislocated it. Dr Pfaender put a cast on his leg but put it on way too tight. After a week of discomfort my dog finally chewed the foot off the cast only for me to discouver his foot was black and bleeding.I brought my dog back to Aldor clinic the next day to get the cast removed. They removed the cast and told me he had Gangrene all up his leg and it was a direct result of no blood circulation due to the cast being too tight. When they took the cast off the entire clinic smelled of rotting flesh. They have now amputated his leg and my vet bills are at $2500. I feel they have failed me and more importantly failed my dog. I never would have thought a dislocated leg would lead to amputation and will never return to this clinic

This clinic is amazing. Amazing quality for the money. Dr Pfaender is amazing and actually cares about your pet, not just the money. Extremely punctual, thorough & knowledgeable. Great follow up care as well. This vet clinic is 1 in a million, take your pet here and you will NOT be disappointed! Thank goodness for Dr Pfaender and her team, I was lost before I found them. I am 100% confident in them in treating whatever issues my dog has. Thank you!

I was lucky enough to have worked for Dr. Pfaender for 3 years. I have worked at other clinics and none have been as thorough and as caring as the Doctors and staff at Aldor. If you are looking for a clean, organized clinic with Doctor's that actually care about you and your pet, you should check this clinic out. I have since moved from the area, but should any of my pets need care, I would be more than happy to travel to see Dr. Pfaender.

Have been taking our family pets to this clinic for almost 25 years. You can tell there is a genuine caring for their animal patients by everyone at the clinic. LOVE that the vets call to check in after a visit, and the 24 hour service is great. Appreciate the pragmatic approach to care as well, have helped save our family lots of unnecessary costs and medications. Overall, a great standard of care and a true partner in caring for your beloved pets or farm animals.

I would easily be able to recommend this vetclinic to anyone looking for knowlegable doctors who truly care about animals and not just the money. I have been to many clinics over the years and this is the one I have chosen to stay with for the last 5 years. The clinic is clean, cost of services are very reasonable fof the quality of care my pets receive and it is great knowing if something happens in the middle of the night Dr. Pfender is just a phone call away and will meet you at the clinic. Vets who care this much.nowadays are hard to find!

Brought my young cat here to be neutered and was very happy with this vet. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The vet is great and my cat had a good experience at the vet. They phoned the next day to check on his progress and offered a free follow up visit. This kind of old fashioned caring neighbourhood vet is very rare. I will only take my beloved cats here in future.

After being fedup with another vet came here with my sick puppy. The staff and vet were all amazing and my puppy warmed up to her right away. She gave her a very detailed physical exam and took her time evaluating her. Clinic was super clean and tidy, promt service, reasonable price and overall just a great experience. Made me feel like they actually cared for my puppy's wellbeing. Will definetely be making her my vet of choice!

After going to Brookswood vet and having a horrible expierence someon recommended this vet. Dr. Radley was awesome and so were his staff. Also there rates for my dogs vaccines are very reasonable. I reccomend this vet to everyone.

I have been going to Aldor for 11 years now. When I moved here from Victoria they are the only vets that would actually handle let alone touch my Rottweiler.I have had 6 more since then and they all go there. Luv Christiana and the staff and the new vet Dr Radley is a super nice man. they get a gold star from me..and my Rotts..

I do not know what the poster below me is talking about. The clinic building itself is simple, it is not a multi million dollar facility, but it is very clean with all the necessary veterinary eqipment. The staff and Doctors are awesome and I never feel pushed to purchase things I do not need. In fact, I told the staff my family was pushing me to euthanize my pet instead of spending so much money on her, and they adjusted the bill and saved me over $50! Usually it is Vet's making you pay MORE, not taking money off so you can afford your pet! They truly care about the animals.
