When I called with a sick cat, they stayed late to see my animal, but then gave me the most expensive to least expensive option for treatment. After doing some research online, I found several other proactive care treatments for cat owners to pursue in addition to what the vet can do. They were just not very forthcoming with all of the home treatments, and that was disappointing. Support staff was most helpful.

They lack knowledge when it comes to identifying ailments etc. My dog had several issues (fat cell, food allergies, etc that were not diagnosed properly, in fact, one of the food suggested by the vet caused my dog to have seizures!) Dr. Fraker was the only one of the vets there that I trusted to know what he was talking about. However, the staff is genuinely nice and caring about the pets. Overal I would rate this vet as a 3 out of 5.
