I love this place! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, and seem to love their job. They have taken great care of my dogs over the years! They come with my highest recommendation.

This is the best place to bring your precious little one. Everyone there is very kind and friendly. Dr Pitcairn is very knowledgeable not just conventional medicine but in holistic practices. So many times she had brought my precious babies back from the brink of death and the end finally came there wasn't a more caring and compassionate place to be. They not only cared for my babies but also were a great comfort to me. As for the question of monetary value, I know that it was a bit expensive but it was well worth it. When I would bring my babies in I knew that it would be a right diagnosis and didn't need to question it and it was treated effectively. Because of my situation I am in, I can't afford to bring my current baby to Chase Rd. I recently had to bring my baby to two different vets and I am not sure if they have diagnosed him correctly. I know that if I brought him to her she would definitely know what is wrong with him and how to treat him. Peace of mind is priceless.

Dr. Pitcairn and the staff at Chase Farm Veterinary Hospital are truly an incredible group of individuals who provide the best care around. From our yearly check ups and vaccines to the alternative medicines (acupuncture, herbs, and water treadmill treatment), Dr. Pitcairn and her staff have gone above and beyond to help our pets get through surgeries, a car accident, and neurological issues. Couldn't pick any place more trustworthy or compassionate and committed to working with us to nurse our pets back to health!

Dr. Pitcairn was terrific. She is genuinely compassionate and explains things clearly. She spent a lot of time with me and carefully listened. I immediately liked her and trusted her. I also liked how she invited me to call back with any questions. The staff was super-friendly and ooohed and ahhhed over all the familiar dogs that came through the door. I will definitely be bringing my dogs again to see Dr. Pitcairn. I've finally found a great local vet in whom I have confidence and one that is very knowledgeable about all modalities of veterinary medicine...traditional and non-traditional.

It is a great place, The staff and Vets are awesome. They are normally late on a lot of things, and tend to be very expensive. But you can trust them to the fullest.
