I have 4 cats and was thrilled to find City Kitty when we relocated to the Providence area. The staff's genuine love of cats shines through in everything they do. They remember our cats names, often other staff members will come in the room to say hello and give kitty head rubs, etc. Their follow up is fantastic, (always call to check up on the cats after spay, illness, etc.) and their pricing is very, very reasonable for a feline specialty practice. Top notch. I've lived in 4 states in the last 6 years and find this practice the best to date. Kudos, City Kitty...you have our vote, paws down!

Fabulous, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Warm and inviting atmosphere. They'll treat your cat as if it is their own. I've taken all 4 of my cats there and I've recommended them to friends. They even sent me a sympathy card when my eldest died and helped me handle his disposal. Each visit they still remember each of my kitties by name. Love them! My only gripe, I wish they were open week nights and/or weekends.

Hands down the most compassionate, thorough, and competent vet we've been to. The entire practice is crafted around a genuine love of kitties -- every member of the staff is clearly devoted to excellent care, from the person who answers the phone to the vet herself. Excellent follow-up, telephone advice, and much more. Absolutely no reservations -- this is one of the few chances to see competence and passion working in tandem.
