Dr Marchell and his staff give expert, compassionate care to my two Golden retrievers who both have severe skin allergies, food allergies. Dr Marchell did such an expert job removing cancer from my older dogs taill that it did not have to be amputated as another vet insisted. Recently, my older dog had hematoma of one floppy ear which Dr Marchell treated but when the ear persisted developing fluid, he drained and treated two additional times for no charge. This is a superlative veterinary practice. You would be lucky to receive this level of care for your animals.

Dr. Frank and his staff takes great care of my 5 pets! Follow up is great too! I always get in and am never rushed. Prices for medications and food are typical, there is no gouging. After reading the two negative comments, the writing stye and story line appears to come from the same person with an agenda.

Horrible vets. Took my dog on a Friday with urine test and the vet didn't tell me she had crystals in her urine. Had to go to Portsmouth emergency vet over weekend as she was peeing blood. Found out she had bladder stones which are very painful. Ended up she needed surgery and the vet never admitted he knew. Other problems too. Plus staff sucked and the prices are outrageous. HORRIBLE VET PRACTICE!!!

They have taken care of my families pets and friends pets for years. Great staff and doctors. Never a problem and very fair prices.

Worst vets & staff EVER. Very expensive - charges for everything, medications are way more than other vets & double that of a good website. My dog had urinary problems that came & went & I talked to one of two vets who said don't worry about it. Finally it got really bad & took in a urine sample at the end of the wk. Other vet called & said she had an infection & I picked up meds for her. By the next day she was peeing blood. They aren't open Sats. or have emer. service,so went an emer. animal hospital & she was diagnosed w/bladder stones. Had surgery @ vets after wknd, but they claimed they emptied her anal glands the day I took her back for her staples to be removed, but w/in a wk she was still licking. Had to go to emer. hosp. again as I didn't trust Piscataqua. Got records from Piscataqua & found out the vet knew she had struvite crystals & probably had stones & never told me. Guess he didn't want to deal w/it @ end of week even though my dog was in severe pain. HORRIBLE VET
