The owners of this facility are so rude to both customers and employees. My dog was a frequent visitor of daycamp. During his time there, I witnessed two employees walking off the job after arguing with the owner right in front of me. The way the owner (female) talked to her employees was a disgrace. Seeing that I am a manager, I told her how it was bad business and bad management to talk to employees in that manager especially in front of peers and customers. She told me she's been in this business for 20+ years and I should mind my business. Needless to say, I didn't return. I later attempted to order my dogs heartworm medication from a very reputable online pet pharmacy and someone (my guess is the same person) lied and told the online pet pharmacy that my pet was due for a heartworm test. My dog had a full physical not even four months prior which included a heartworm test. At the time, I elected to not purchase from them because I still had a few months left.

I have 3 cats and an empty wallet! The last time I went I was taking my outdoor cat to be groomed(it's the winter). When we picked him up I was shocked. He had been shaved down and will now freeze because of the lack of fur. It was $75! We also realized that they had forgotten to put his collar back on. I was so mad that this had happened I made it the last time I ever went back. The staff is just dumb and the doctors don't care about your pet, they care about your money. Everything is overpriced. DONT GO!

The staff is pretty average. Some are nicer than others. One particular technician scolded my pup for peeing on the floor after greeting us for the first time after his neuter surgery. I couldn't believe it. To top it off, she was hard to understand (spanish accent). They are pretty over-priced on their meds and flea prevention. Ask for a prescription to buy online and save $$. They quoted me 300 for the surgery, turns out he weighed 6 pounds more than they thought so when I showed up to pick him up they charged me 40 dollars more. Forget about calling and letting me know their quote was wrong. We'll be looking elsewhere for vet care from now on.

Dr. Roberts is a kind and caring vet. He also owns the Higgins Animal clinic in Chicago. When I moved out to Buffalo Grove I was excited that he had a clinic out here too. He just built a huge new facility that does everything for pets. You will feel like you're in a 5-star resort. The service is also excellent. People greet you at the door and make you feel at home. Pets love to come here and they have an on-site pet boutique with the coolest stuff.
