I called this hospital for help on two different occasions. First I had a pregnant dog and asked them to perform a c-section and they refused and told me to go to an emergency hospital. As a result of their refusal to help me, my dog and her unborn puppy died. The second time, I got a new puppy who was not eating and I called them for an appointment and again I was told to go to an emergency hsopital and the puppy died. This vet is only good for shots and wellness care. If you have a sick pet don't try to go here. I will never call this vet for help again. They refused to help me twice even though they were open. As a result of their refusal to help me I lost a pregnant dog and her puppy, as well as a new puppy which I had just gotten. If you have a sick pet don't use this vet because they won't help you.

Dr Rothman and his staff are very professional and considerate toward both the pet and the owner. I have been bringing my pets to him for almost 20 years and I very much trust his knowledge and advise. He runs late as he takes time to chat with each client- but it's always worth the wait for his special attention.
