I had to take my 3 dogs elsewhere when they had trouble diagnoising one of my girls with allergies and kept draining me of money to keep bringing her back. I also boarded my dogs there and someone "forgot" to feed them. I say "bad staff" because of that. It made me sick that my dogs ere treated so poorly by the staff. The facility is clean and they are mostly on time with their appointments but I spent thousands of dollars over the years there and never had any final result of what was wrong with my allergic dog. My ew vet had it figured out within 3 months of trials.
