Receptionist (at Healthy Pets in Rome-Hilliard) was very rude when I called to have my dog's records faxed to another vet. I told her I wanted a second opinion because I was not present at the time of the examination and my vet said that their diagnosis was very rare. When I explained this to her, she said in a snotty tone, "Your vet has never heard of bladder cancer?" and I replied, "No, he just said that it doesn't generally affect young male dogs." She was very short with me the rest of the conversation. It was very frustrating that she was condescending and unsympathetic towards this upsetting situation. Based on this experience, I will NEVER take my pets to this clinic and will NEVER recommend them to any of my animal-loving friends.

We just took our two dogs there for the first time. Not only was it a good value the staff was great in not only explaining everything, but explaining why I didn't really need items or items that were a better value. Basically they were really nice, inexpensive, and honest. I would recommend them to anyone!
