RUN DON’T WALK AWAY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION. Instead, go to VIP Petcare Clinics. Far more professional, they don’t insult your intelligence and don’t treat you as persona non grata. This was the worst experience. Do a search for them on Facebook and Yelp for more detailed reviews. I’m not the only one disgusted with this organization. They have zero customer service skills, experience or acumen. They treat potential customers like dog poop. Make one mistake and they will decline services. I have receipts, i.e., screen shots of communiques with them. They speak for themselves. Rude is an understatement. I stand by this review.
