ok it says to tell the truth so I will touch on every single rating. Staff - I had my dog come in that was in shock, she was terrified by the Stethoscope so the what they called "the doctor" Cornered her and shoved her to the ground and then deemed my very timid dog "aggressive" and made me put a muzzle on her, i would give 0 if i could. Facilities- its extremely small for dogs/animals in urgent care its crowded and not to mention dirty. Punctuality- my dog in urgent care did not receive the urgent care needed, so that speaks for itself, the name is practically a lie. Monetary Value - again zero if I could, My dog needed just three stitches and with vet visit quoted me $1200, excuse me???? They also turned away a dog I know having severe cardiac complications because it was too sick for them to treat. URGENT PET CARE?? id say not. do not waste your time.

My dog was having an allergic reaction and her regular vet clinic was closed. Urgent Pet care was a great option for me, they offered the after hours care I needed without the high emergency clinic fees. It was great to be able to take her in to a clinic that was open late, even though it wasn't an emergency. She was seen the moment we got there and Dr. Bassem was very kind, and caring. The next day, I got a call from my regular vet clinic checking in on her too - they had sent the records over that same night so my regular veterinarian new what was going on. Not only did I have 1 clinic looking out for us, but I had 2 checking in! I am so glad someone finally opened something like this in St. Albert. I would definitely go back there if I could not see my regular vet.
