Took my pet snake here after 2 other vets to see Dr.Borgman. She was extremely knowledgable with snakes and was able to perform probing tests and identify signs of complications in my snake. She was very thorough when explaining options. I would recommend anyone with snakes to visit this clinic as I have been to a few and the staff and service here is clearly ahead of other clinics. I will definitely come back in the future even though it is over an hour's drive for me to get there.

We took Rascal in to Coastal Rivers, and Dr. Greenburg was really great. He took the time to show me photos in a book what was going on with my dog, and gave good recommendations how to treat it, and what to do if the problem continued. He is always very friendly and caring with our dogs, and the reception staff are always very friendly as well! They also take the time to call a few days later to check up on how our dogs are doing anytime they have had a visit, and they also send email reminders of when vaccinations are due. We have always had good experiences with all the different vets at Coastal Rivers, and trust our pets health to them!

I have been a customer since Elizabeth was in their other location at Whatcom. At that time I had looked around a lot because I had a bad issue with our previous vet. She was so good with our puppy and older dog. I would recommend Elizabeth Borgmann to anyone looking for a great vet. L Bastien

I just adopted a new pup at 10 months old, and being unsure of most vets I was referred over to coastal rivers. I can say I am so very happy with this clinic and Dr. Taylor . The staff are just amazing and very friendly. my pup just loved everyone there. Dr.Taylor took the time with us all and explained so many things that I might be worried about. I can not express enough how Thankful I am to know that my new found pup has a loving and caring veterinarian! We will be looking forward to seeing you all again in the spring time :) And Thank you Dr. Taylor and Staff <3

Dr. Taylor is, by far, the best veterinarian EVER! He is so great with my poochie, and she loves him! I trust him completely. While I didn't have the greatest experience with another veterinarian at this same client, that doesn't matter. I will just make sure I only book with Dr. Taylor from now on. Melissa and Susan are also AMAZING vet technicians! I feel so confident that my dog is in the best hands with these professionals, and that means the world to me!

I visited this clinic for the first time today to have my parrot's wings and nails trimmed. I was very impressed with the staff, and the clinic itself. Very warm and friendly, and I will definitely be back.

I was referred to coastal rivers by my regular vet because they couldn't see my cat on short notice, as it was an emergency. Coastal rivers addressed my cat's urinary blockage quickly. I found out immediately that he would have to be hospitalized for 2 days, and they had a fast quote showing me all the potential costs associated with his treatment. There were no surprises, and the cost ended up being lower than I expected at the end. Dr. Lawrence attended to my cat, and was thoughtful and wonderful and had his best interest at heart. He even gave me a free follow up exam and ultrasound the day after I took my cat home, because I thought he had blocked again. I cannot express my gratitude for dr Lawrence and his team at coastal rivers. Way cheaper than the emergency clinic charges top notch care!

I've been a client of this vet clinic for about 11 years, ever since Dr. Borgmann opened her other clinic in Abbotsford, and now Coastal Rivers. All my experiences with clinic staff and doctors have been outstanding and wonderful. The staff are efficient, kind, and very gentle with my companion animals, from the scared cats to the nervous dogs. I would not consider another practice, my feelings run deep for these people. In particular, one of my cats was very ill and needed to be put to sleep, and Dr. Borgmann was so kind to him, and to me, that I will never forget. I now take two dogs and two cats to this clinic, and will take our latest rescue there tomorrow. I know the care will be excellent. I cannot recommend them more highly. They are simply wonderful!

The facility is state of the art and welcoming with separate waiting areas for dogs and cats, which is helpful for my scaredy-cat. The staff are very gentle and friendly with our cat and dog. Plenty of treats in the waiting areas and exam rooms to distract :) We recently had to euthanize our beloved dog due to old age and loss of faculties. We were treated with so much care and attention by all staff. Their ability to get us through the ordeal without contributing any additional stress was remarkable. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Borgmann and staff. These are people that understand both pet and pet parent needs. Highly recommend.
