We recently took our 11 yr old Shih Tzu(13 lbs)to this clinic at Miss State specialty clinic. They preformed a MRI to find out why his back legs were collasping. The MRI revealed disc problems, but not enough for surgery at this time. The doctor said call him anytime, but he never returned our calls- just a email. He also gave our dog too much Gabpentin. We thought he was going to die. He threw up, ran into walls, vision became very blurred, trembling all over, gagging, falling down. We're not impressed with Dr. Garcia and would not take any of our animals there again.
