had a very bad experience,my dog came down with an infection lot of swelling jaw and neck i was rushing him in just about every other day they put him on antibiotic & anti anflamitories charging me for emergency visits each time this went on for 2 weeks the last time i rushed him in he was so sick they brushedb me off told me the fluid was not infected never even took his tempiture i left there very upset rushed him to ocean state animal specialist they admitted him emmediatly with a 105.2 tempiture aspurated the fluid was all infected had to lance and flush 3 different sacks of fluid put a drain in his cheek for 4 days heavy antibiotics and pain meds he still has to go back for his stitches to b removed & make sure infection is all cleaned out, North paws professionalism and caring was very disapointing and alaRMING MY DOG COULD HAVE DIED HE WAS STARTING TO GET SEPTIC !!!PLEASE BE ADVISED
