The "Cat Hospital" Manchester,Maine on 202 going west. ..boarding for 2 cats...was to arrive Fri but postponed until Sat due to fam business...was not told that they closed early on Sat (noon)...received a call from Emily approx 11:20am informing me they closed at noon. I was en-route and said getting there by noon would be tight...said had to close up at noon sharp but asked if she could stay there until I arrived...she said could not...asked to speak to the owner Dr Paul Wade but Emily stated the owner was traveling. ..asked whether she/I could call him to see if she could stay open a few mins longer. She refused to contact owner. I had arrived at exactly 12:01pm. ..called at 12:07pm and left a message for Dr Wade to call me that Monday to discuss the poor customer service. He didn't have the courtesy to call. ..missed flights out of Logan airport since had to find alternative boarding(NH).I WOULD NOT BOARD A WORM at this place OR pursue medical care for my cats at this facility.
