The Staff are very polite and compassionate. The facilities have an in-house lab allowing for quick lab results. I have never had to wait but have heard about days where there were quite a few emergencies causing the day to get bogged down. It's nice to know emergencies get seen, never know when your pet would be seen under an emergency basis. Vets are expensive, no question. I have never felt like I am being ripped off. They give quality care
