I had to say bye to my 6 year old cat last June. She wasn't born well. First time I had been to this vet for my animals. He did an interview cause he won't just put down a pet unless he is sure. They also stayed open 45 minutes longer just for me. Dr. Chan was the best. He was so comforting and understanding. I had the best experience I could have saying goodbye to me furbaby. I bet they would of stayed another hour while I said goodbye if I needed.

My own vet could/would not see my little dog after a query of him ingesting rat poison. My friend phoned her vet, Dr Chan, and they saw my little guy asap. Great speedy competent care with compassionate staff. You couldn't find better.

Knowledgeable and caring vet, Noreen is also very professional and they are both concerned for the animals wellbeing first. Not out to do unnecessary tests, or recommend expensive procedures. Overall I find Dr. Chan utilizes a more holistic approach, encompassing both pharmaceutical applications as well as other forms of medical practices. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a great and fair veterinary practive.

Excellent facility. Dr. Brandon Chan is an honest and caring vet. Noreen is wonderful to deal with as well. I have been going to vets over 40 years with both dogs and cats and have not found one better than Dr. Chan. He is absolutely fantastic and he has really helped all 3 of my cats. I highly recommend this hospital.
