Richard Fried misdiagnosed my dog & denied tests to determine diagnosis. Fried took my sick dog to the “back” & vaccinated him when I specifically stated not to & my dog worsened. Fried charged me to treat him when I brought him in due to vaccine reaction. He had a penchant to “not recall” his words. McDermott is an icy cold, heartless, liar who manhandled my sweet dog who was terrified of her. Fried refused to call ER vet with instructions & they refused proper medications and killed my beloved dog. After this, Fried lied & falsified my dog’s medical records to cover for them-Fried held secret meetings without my consent to do damage control. Fried did not once speak with the ER during treatment & not until he learned my dog was killed there. Do not trust Fried or anyone he refers you to. Fried misdiagnosed my other dog & after years of incompetency, new vet helped my dog. Staff behaves like working in a funeral home. Perhaps it’s because they are after they help kill your pets.

The clinic is a money making machine. Cold and incensed doctors. My dog was a patient of Dr. Fried.she was getting progressively worse, he didn't return my call. Dr. McDermott was dr. Euthanizing my dog, she was harsh,cold and incensed, she stood there rushing us wanting to know what cremation plan we wanted. Dr. Fried my dogs dr, was speaking in a room next door, never came to see my dog or make contact w/ us while this was going on. In 20 years going to various vets, I have never experienced such a lack of empathy. Friends explained how their vets were comforting, made calls to check on family. Mine had me sign papers on the table with my dead dog lying there. Called 4 different vets to do this, I wanted it to be a peaceful kind experience but they all needed her records, knowing this office would've taken their time to fax papers, should've offered $, that they understand. I needed to have my dog out of pain. We were 4 in a little room, spent less than 4 minutes. In, pay and out
