Click to report rating    8/25/15   5     5     1     2   I love the staff at Ridge. They are sooooo caring and knowledgeable. Facilities are first-rate. Punctuality is a serious issue. For every appt. I've had, I've waited more than 1/2 hour. Twice it was more than an hour and I was the ONLY person in the waiting room. No one took the time to explain why I waited so long. It is also an expensive clinic to visit. If you have time and money, you'll not find a better staff. RID: 58171
