I took my exotic animals there a few times. The first doctor (male) took a look for FREE (so was super impressed by him) Unfortunately Freckles did not make it. Then Dr. Borgman saw another exotic pet of mine and I found her to be quite nice, polite and understanding. She tried to help me and my 'baby' best she could but was honest about the probable outcome. I do find that their rates are sky high and not always totally worth it. As I am on a very low fixed income I cannot afford to go there or use them on a regular basis. The staff was polite, even if the situation was awkward but still nice enough.
