My experiences were generally positive when I took my rabbits to see Dr. Toor. He has since moved out of the country and my experiences have dropped below standard. One lady vet told me my senios dog's shaking legs was psychosomatic and not arthritis (without running tests) and then wouldn't give me pain killers. Last time I went there they made me wait for 45 minutes for a prescription.

I brought my cat here with a damaged tail. First, the receptionist tried to get the cat's weight by taking it out of the crate & placing it on the scale. This might work with a dog, but a cat? Then the vet took the cat out back to examine it's tail. I have never heard such horrible sounds coming out of any animal before. After ~5 min of intense torturous screams from my cat, the vet comes back to tell me that in the process of examining my cat, the skin and fur of the tail came off! So instead of $30 for antibiotics, along with a traumatized cat, I now had a $700 surgery to look forward to. I took my cat to a different clinic (Avalon Animal Hospital). The difference in the treatment was remarkable. The vet examined the cat in front of me & didn't even touch him until he had wandered around, sniffed & felt comfortable. And I found out that the antibiotics I got from the other clinic were supposed to be kept in the fridge so were no good after 2 days. Note: vet no longer listed as ther

I have been taking my dogs to see Dr. Ralhan for several years now and he's always been great to them. Even when the appointment if for one dog, he always gives the other attention. By far the best clinic in town in my opinion. Tammy T
