Dr. Matthews and her staff were the best when taking care of our pet. The facility was very clean and the atmosphere was pleasant and soothing, not sterile as most veterinary clinics we have visited. The staff was very knowledgeable and the Dr. took the time to explain to us our dog's condition and what our options were. We didn't feel rushed or just another patient that had come through the door. The biggest surprise was later that evening when Dr. Matthews called to see how Smitty was doing. We had been to two other clinics and not one had diagnosed the problem he had. Village Veterinary did in one visit and confirmed it with a few test. For the first time in 6 months Smitty is back to his old self. Thank you for all your help Dr. M and for figuring out what wrong with our pet. Sarah and Will.
