amazing hospital and staff. i moved to fredericton from toronto and fredericton animal hospital is by far the best hospital I've been to in 20 yrs. top medical knowledge and care, and friendly, kind staff.

Excellent visit from initial contact by phone through to the actual visit. Everyone - April, Jessica and Dr. Erin Grant - was very gentile with Lexie, supportive to her humans, professional and knowledgeable. We learned a lot re Lexie’s conditions and left reassured. It’s a great team and was a wonderful experience. Thank you!

I highly highly recommend the Fredericton Animal Hospital. I lost my sweet cat Oscar on October 7, 2018. I took Oscar to TFAH on that day, which was thanksgiving, during a serious emergency and they were beyond amazing from the moment I walked threw the doors with a very sick cat in my arms. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could have been done to save him having a fatal virus called Feline Infectious Peritonitis, but the vet who was working that day along with all of the staff, were beyond amazing. They were very helpful and they did everything they could for Oscar. They made his very sudden and tragic death very peaceful and couldn't have been more kind and caring toward me. As sad as it was and still is losing him the way that I did and so suddenly, I am beyond grateful for the peaceful death he had with me there able to say goodbye and how much a loved him. I credit this mainly to TFAH for how amazing they were through me losing him. I will be taking my pets here from now on,

We wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff, services and support are amazing. FAH has been there for us with new pets and older ones at the end of their years - through good and bad. They are the best in the city and likely in the region.

Met with FAH re my very elderly dog's euthanasia. It was a matter of time, & I consulted with FAH to make sure they could do what I wanted. I am from Toronto, I am used to options with pet care & wanted to make sure all was understood & available. My wishes were not respected. Staff: "Well, there's nothing we can do about it now." The owner, Dr. Ali Candlemire-Reed, called me to empathize, but did not have a solution. When I found a solution, she refused to participate. After consulting the Vet Association,
they, too, reached out to her & encouraged her to work with me. Her solution was to ignore the issue & not call me back, despite the advice of her Association. Be aware, the Association is powerless. Dr.Ali Crandelmire-Reed is not solutions-based & not willing to support her clients in the event of a mistake on her, or her staffs', part.The worst of it is,others had strongly advised me not to choose FAH but,based on my consultation, I did, & now have nothing but regrets.

Dr Horochuck is an amazing vet. Very kind and very knowledgable. Never felt rushed or pressured to spend on unnecessary treatment.The vet tech with her was very good as well. This was our first time at FAH and will continue seeking her treatment.

We have taken our puppy here for all check-ups, shots, and subsequent issues. 4 months into our dog ownership and we could not be happier! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and have made us feel like we are in good hands. We have always been able to get appointments very quickly. The vet seems well informed and every issue is a two-way discussion where we feel heard and not talked down to like with some other vets we have visited.

This clinic is great! I am someone who asks a million questions and although I've seen 4 different veterinarians here they all take the time to answer every single one. They also send home some great reading articles. I am beyond impressed with this place. I think my dog has found his life long vet for sure

It wasn't until the 5th trip that we actually met a vet. We met several different technicians, none of whom could answer our questions. They had to keep going 'in the back' to ask someone else... ie: the vet. Our pet was new to us and had needed surgery. Nothing was explained to us beforehand. Our impression is that this clinic is not very personable. It wasn't what we expected from a veterinary hospital.

Dr. Ali may appear kind and caring, but she's all about the money and show. A mediocre vet at best.
