I Went there with my 2 dogs. My puppy wasnt feeling well and my big one needed his shots. I was really anxious for my puppy and had lots of questions. Dr Martin couldnt tell me what did my puppy have. I could tell i was annoying her with my questions and she looked in a rush. She tried to make me buy the food from there and bashed the nice people from global pet, where i get high quality food! She simply interrupted me and left. There was no other patients after us!! So she wasnt even busy! Anyhow 250 $ later With not even an entire physical exam! just a ear check and temperature check we left. Didnt know what my dog had and neither did she! 3 weeks later the diarrhea she had is gone but she still looses hair and it worries me! I need to find a good vet!

VERY disappointed! Decided to go to this vet because it was much closer and would put less stress on my old cat. Bad idea and will never go back. I don't know about the other vets but Dr. Martin couldn't even find that fleas was the problem. She misdiagnosed my cat and it cost me a lot of money, which I feel like I was robbed. What vet can't find fleas?? Needs much more training and experience.

I don't agree with some of the reviews posted here. Dr. McGrath and Dr. Martin are always friendly and always take time to liste and answer our questions and concerns. The only thing I don't really like is that I think they charge too much for short abd simple follow ups, but other than that I find McGrath and his team really professional.

I did not have a very good experience at this clinic. I just got my dog's yearly vaccines and supposedly yearly exam - the vet only looked at her teeth (only because he wanted to sell a cleaning) did not listen to her heart, did not look in her ears, did not even touch her..did not check for anything at all.. I felt like I was in a used car dealership dealing with a salesman looking to make a fast buck! I will never go back!

We have two dogs and Dr McGrath and his staff are always professional. Just like one of the previous comments, our dogs are very relaxed when they go in the clinic. Clean and odorless. Dr McGrath alwys gives us options as to what he recommends for treatment. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. The best way is to go see for yourself with or without your pet.

Excellent service.

We arrived in an emergency - our daughter called the wrong vet number when our dog had an accident, so we were sent to this hospital in error by an answering service. We brought our dog in in a lot of pain. The vet - Beth Martin, did not interact with our dog, nor did she make any attempt to comfort or calm her. She did not seem to know if she should cast her or not. She told us our dog did not have a broken leg and was going to send us home, except that our son insisted that he heard a loud crack, so we pushed to have an x-ray, which showed a fracture inside her leg. We were offered the option of leaving her there overnight for our vet to cast in the morning or having her casted there. We had her casted to get her out of there. Our dog ended up with a huge cast that squeezed her toes (the fracture was higher up and did not need to be on her toes at all). Our regular vet said he would have charged about half the amount, even in an emerg, and likely would have put on a splint.

I disagree with one of the previous comments. Dr. McGrath has always been ver good with my pets, always petting them and explaining all the procedures to me. As well, he did not encourage me to get my cat declawed, but said that if it's something I am considering, to do it while it's still very young. In my opinion, I think that irresponsible cat owners tend to euthanize/abandon cats because they have scratched furniture and more than likely all vets rather perform declawing than seeing a cat be put down/left for this reason.

Dr. Mcgrath and his staff may know what there doing but they should work on the approach. They never took care of our dog, they almost ignored him. I think a good vet are usually animal lovers and will focus on making the pet comfortable and earning their trust. Neither the vet or his staff talked to the dog, played with him nor pet him. Very disappointed. Will never spend a penny more at this clinic.

I can't say enough about how great Dr. Doug and his staff are. After our dog tore a ligament in her hind leg last winter Doug took very good care of her. The biggest compliment would have to be from our dog: with our former vet she used to be very anxious, but she's actually excited to see Doug! Facilities are modern and always very clean. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

I would strongly recommend this vet clinic to everybody. I have received nothing but great service. The staff is polite, Dr. McGrath goes out of his way to help his clients, explain necessary treatments to them and, follows-up to make sure that everything is also okay at home.
