DO NOT USE TV's "The Dog Whisperer" Cesar Millan's Mobile Veteranarian Dr. Rick Garcia, aka: Paws & Claws !!! He did a minor tumor removal surgery from his mobile truck on my sisters dog. The dog died 2 hours later. When my sister called him to inform him the dog was having convulsions he said he was on his way back but never showed up. Later that evening he sent some of his staff instead to pick up the dead dog, my guess is to cover himself from the dog being autopsied to find out he did something wrong. His home/office is 15 minutes from my sisters house.
