Angry and rude Owner / Surgeon. Zero professionalism and customer service. They look at your animal as at the money making machine and trying to pump you out of $$ as much as possible. My quote for cat surgery changed on the morning of the surgery, backdated as they apparently "forgot" to include this charge on the initial quote and was told to get and leave if I don't like anything... My advice is - address your mental health before addressing health of other living being...

Outstanding veterinarian, well experienced and no nonsense style. Staff is great, caring and very professional. Fees are typical and there is no upselling or unnecessary tests and procedures. Honest care.

WORST VETS EVER. The "Veterenarians" have absolutely NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They refused to spay my cat before she was 5 months old and told me twice from two different "doctors" that she will be fine and will not go into heat before. I asked on two different visits. Now one day before she is 5 months old she is going into heat. Various web sources say that cats that enter heat before spaying are MORE PRONE VARIOUS CANCERS. Now i have to make my peace with that. The disgusting obese vet DID NOT READ THE CHART and attempted to GIVE THE WRONG SHOTS, and would have if i didn't stop him. He then proceeded to inject with what I hope was the correct shots with a needle that had a lot of air bubbles in it. THESE PEOPLE ARE HACKS. Save your pet and your money. WORST VETS I EVER MET. Reception staff was nice.

Dr. Bill Golbeck charged me for a surgery that he preformed but was unable to do successfully. After paying him nearly 2000$ for NOT removing a stone that was lodged in my dogs urethra, I was referred by him to a specialist at a hospital that performed the same surgery within a couple hours time, (a surgery without which my dog would not be alive right now) successfully for 2700$. After I paid Dr.Golbecks bill my credit card was maxed out, when I was shown the bill at the hospital I was stunned and shocked, I did not have 2700$ to save my dog. I had to do everything I could to find the money to pay the second bill and before I found people willing to financially help me I thought that I would have to prepare for the worst. I have asked Dr. Golbeck to refund approximately half of his 2000$ bill, he refuses and has sent me a “disengagement notice" as his client and that I can find myself another vet. This has not been a good experience, quite disappointing and has caused me stress and f

Staff here is terrible. We were trying to get all the paperwork for our trip to Mexico with our dog. The Vet, Dr. Bill, and his staff were very condescending and rude about what was required. They wouldn't give us photocopies of their license (due to security issues if you can believe that!!) and were sloppy with some other paperwork so we had to come back and get it done again, good thing we checked. We have travelled to Mexico on several occasions with our dogs and have never had any issues or problems getting the proper documents until we went to this place.
