They just care about money. Worst place ever. No compassion.Not going back.Always recommending the most expensive medication and then when you go in to buy it, they say he needs another 60$ check up for the EXACT SAME THING.

We have been clients of this clinic for 27 years and have nothing but praise for everyone there. We had 2 cats and now a dog that have all been well cared for here. Dr. Cook has always been an excellent Doctor and has gone to any length to keep us well involved in decisions on the care of our pets, to the point of letting me cry on his shoulder when I brought our gravely injured cat in for treatment. This kindness I will never forget. Now we are graced with Dr. Duerr's expertise and it is wonderful having her tend to our dog as well. She is such a great addition to the clinic's team. As for the comments on costs associated to treatments, when you become a pet owner, costs associated with having a pet need to be entered into the equation before you take your fluffy bundle of joy home. I would highly recommend this clinic and the great care given by all the staff.

when Dr Duerr returned to Moncton to practice,i left my vet of forty years to go to her.She is an extremely knowledgeable doctor and has an amazing ability to make you and your pets feel very well taken care of..she answers all questions and goes the extra distance to make sure you understand what is going on.Her sense of humor is great too.i feel totally confident that my pets are in the best of hands and leave there with a sense of calm.They go out of their way to be on time and so friendly.The clinic is small and it gives your animals less stress without all the busy noise and commotion that you encounter in some.if you are looking for a veterinarian to look after your fur babies,then I would highly suggest her to you....

The Moncton Animal Clinic is the Only Place I will bring my 4 Dogs to see a Vet. I have brought my dogs there for the last 6 years. They are awesome! Its so nice to not have to fight with my dogs to get them to go to the vets, they like going to see Dr. Cook and everyone else. They really care about your animals. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They always call and check to see how everything is the day after an appointment, they are just great. I couldn't ask for a better Animal clinic for my babies.

Dr Duerr was amazing! The staff also are so super nice! which makes a stressful day better! The service we received for our dog here was A#1 couldn't ask for better explanation or better care of our baby! Overall would recommend this Vet Clinic to anyone!

Great clinic, spectacular staff. Dr Duerr is the best vet I have seen. She is friendly and knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure my dogs are comfortable prior to getting to work. She is professional and efficient, taking very little time to get things done. Both of my dogs are a but skittish but they always come out of an appointment with Dr Duerr happy and relaxed. I highly recommend this clinic. I'm also thrilled that they will be undergoing renovations this year and do will have much more up to date equipment in site :-). They may charge a bit more. But they are worth every penny.

Dr Duerr is a wonderful addition to the Moncton Animal Clinic - I think she is one of the best veterinarians in Moncton! She is friendly, down-to-earth, easy to talk to, unpretentious, caring and efficient. She took the time to answer my questions without rushing me. I truly sensed that she went the extra mile for me and my cats. Both my cats benefited greatly from her expertise. The reception staff is wonderful as well. They give the best of themselves and more. Always friendly, courteous and helpful. A sincere thank you to Dr Duerr and the staff of the Moncton Animal Clinic!

Dr. Duerr is the best vet that I have brough my two cats to. She is the first vet that sat on the floor with my girls and took her time and didn't rush them so they were comfortable with her. She took the time and fully explained everything to me to understand what was wrong. Not to mention i did not have to wait even 5 mins to be brought in (the last time i went to another vet i had to wait over an hour past my appointment). I will be bringing my cats there from now on. Thanks Dr. Duerr you are great!!!

We've been taking our pets to Moncton Animal Clinic for 13 years. Our cats Wicca and Zoe have received nothing but the best care from Dr Cook and the other staff. Our pugs Lola and Hendrix love it there and are always excited to go for a visit. We've even taken our pet rats. As for punctuality, we seldom have ever had to wait. In fact, if we are early, we often get taken to the examination room early. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 for facilities is because, being a clinic, they do not have all the equipment of a full service animal hospital. They can offer most services on site; but some things, like x-rays, are only available at their animal hospital across the river in Riverview. It is my understanding they plan to expand and take the vacant former pet store space beside the clinic to get the equipment needed to make it a full service hospital.

I have been taking my animals to this clinic for 20 years. The staff, in particular, Dr. Cook are exceptional. I would highly recommend this clinic for the excellent care, compassion and respect all animals are treated with.Every matter, large or small are dealt with quickly and professionally. I entrusted my 121/2 year old Border Collie to these fine folks and would not hesitate to send friends and family alike there. Well done! Keep up the good work!

I have been brining my dog there since I moved here in 2007. Recently I have been bringing my dog there every two days and every two days the staff greet us with the same friendly service full of smiles. I couldn't ask for anyone better to be looking after my furbaby. I would highly recommend them.

DO NOT RECOMMEND/DON'T BRING YOUR ANIMAL THERE. Call for appt. She took my name, address, name of dog, and then, she ask for my CREDIT CARD NUMBER to put on file. My dog had not even been seen yet, and you ask for my credit card? (Should've been first clue). Took my puppy in who had been attack by a big dog. He was bleeding from his back paw. They charged us over$400.00 to clean/debride his cut, put a bandage, and wrapped his leg. Doc told us that our puppy had a heart murmur and they should do a ECG. We said, no thank you. Had puppy at other vet 1 month before, and no heart murmur found on examination. They did one follow up appt. Doctor removed bandage and said everything is Ok, No sutures, or nothing. Same hour, paw started bleeding. We have been nursing his paw for 3 weeks now, changing his bandages and nursing it. Yesterday, one nail fell off. Wishing and praying that my poor little puppy to get better. Wish we would have $ to bring him to another vet,but we don't. : (

While the staff is wonderful I do feel like I've been taken for a ride. Everyone who referred me said how wonderful this place and staff was but they were expensive. They were right. I paid $100 in one instance for a contraption to give my cat inhaler only to find the exact same product (for humans though) 75% less. Given a prescription for three refills that expires 2 days after getting the prescription same day as appointment. Another visit was given a prescription for something because of a reddish dot on my cats gums, come to find out he had the exact same mark on the other side. Another prescription I had filled for a spot on my cats tail he licked hairless did no help one bit, what did the trick was polysporin which the exact same medicinal type and percentages and it didn't cost me $60. And boy do they love to do XRays, which are expensive and they always suggest you have more than one X-Ray done "Just to be sure" Sure of what? That you drain every last dollar I have? Avoid

We've been taking our cats and dogs to the Moncton Animal Clinic for years. The vets, technicians, and receptionists alike, are very helpful and more than willing to answer any questions we may have. Dr. Cook is an excellent vet - incredibly knowledgeable and personable. The other vets are equally kind, though we've had less encounters with them. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to others, as the prices are reasonable (especially compared to other local clinics) and the staff seem to truly care about the animals. We are true animal lovers, and the Moncton Animal Clinic provides the quality of care we demand for our little members of the family.

I've been bringing my dogs to the Moncton Animal Clinic for 5 years and love them! Dr Cook is amazing. I'm often able to get an appointment the same day. We've had quite a few emergency visits over the last year and have always had such wonderful service.

Everyone that works at the Moncton Animal Clinic is the absolute best. If they weren"t I would not be taking my kitties there. i have been with Dr Cook and crew since 1990 and have always been treated the very best and my animals have all had the best of care. Excellent clinic.

We love this clinic. we have been going there for years and they even work with us as for payments goes. We only had one issue with one girl Joanne that wouldn't let us charge like we always did before. But as for all others we have no problems what so ever.I strongly would tell any one to go there for there pets.

Dr. Cook and Sharon are so friendly and helpful. Dr Cook doesn't push meds, which may not be needed. Our cats are treated like humans with gentle hands and soft voices. We have been visiting this location for 9 years. We are happy with our visits. Our cats remain healthy and happy.

I had a great experience at this clinic. They were friendly and informative and professional. The facilities looked well maintained and clean. I actually arrived early for my appointment but they saw my cat right away. As for monetary value it's always expensive to bring and animal to the vet, no matter which clinic, it was average but well worth every penny for the service and care my animal received.

They are only interested in money. They operated on our cat and the vet left the building before he was awake. He went into respiratory distress while waking up and died because nobody was there who was qualified to help him. Also they did not have the equipment to properly support such a delicate operation, but would not refer us to another vet or AVC because they wanted the fees, which were over $600.
