Click to report rating    6/21/17   5     5     5     5   I posted a similar, longer review on yelp: Dr. Siegert is compassionate, highly experienced, thorough and really takes the time to make you and your pet feel heard and seen to. There are vets who are great at making medical diagnoses and giving medical advice. Not only is Dr. Siegert skilled as such, but is also a master at reading animal behaviour. If my cat had a palm she could read it. Expect to get lots of practical tips on behaviour intervention to increase the quality of life for you and your pet. She is super at foreseeing potential problems and preventing them before they happen. Dr. Siegert is very pleasant and shows a genuine interest in providing animal care. RID: 63980
Click to report rating    9/4/13   5     5     5     5   The only vet I want to use with the cats, partly because she keeps up to date with important advancements in the veterinary field. It was our reason for picking her to start with. Also, once they know what you may need in the way of regular supplies, the staff keeps the items on hand. Hours of availability are the one negative factor, but they are good about accepting that we go to other veterinary services if they closed. Dr Siegert insists on an introductory appointment with new patients where there is a non traumatic meeting. It creates more trust in the animals for a good long term relationship. RID: 46738
Click to report rating    8/11/13   1     3     2     1   I thought the assistants were rude. One of the drs were good, the other one not so much. The quotes I got were all over the place. They didnt seem to really care about my pet. i wouldn't recommend this place. RID: 46230
Click to report rating    1/24/13   5     5     4     5   BEST veterinary clinic I have ever been to! The staff are friendly and kind, and the doctors are thorough, caring, and very knowledgable. Prices are some of the most reasonable I've seen. Overall, I have been quite impressed and feel very comfortable having my pets treated here! RID: 39896

Click to report rating    5/28/12   5     5     5     5   I have a cat who is very ill from the time she was born, as she was a rescue kitten. In the first few months of us having her, we took her to a few vets but no one could tell us what was wrong with her. In one visit to Dr. Segirt, we knew exactly what was wrong and how to treat her. I would highly reccommend this vet as you could not ask for better service, or better care of your animals! RID: 34554
Click to report rating    3/8/12   4     5     5     4   Took cats and dogs to this clinic for many years. They truly care for the pet and explain in detail all of the options. Would highly recommend. RID: 32745
Click to report rating    11/2/11   5     5     5     5   They have a new Dr. there. I think her name is Dr. Dean. We loved her. She is excellent with our cat and very good with children as well. I would recommend her two paws up :) RID: 28801
Click to report rating    9/7/11   4     5     5     5   I have taken my two cats to Dr. Siegart for the past 5 years. She is kind, patient, and sincerely wishes the very best for our pets. She takes the time to explain her diagnosis and she is aware of monetary constraints - helping you make the best decision based on your capabilities. I have been to many other vets in the past and of them, I believe Dr. Siegart is the very best. RID: 27440
Click to report rating    7/8/11   1     3     5     4   Horrible receptionist. Mumbles and speaks too fast. The Vets are great and very kind RID: 26083
Click to report rating    3/7/11   5     5     4     3   Dr. Siegart is very honest and I love her calm energy around the animals. The staff there is helpful and very pleasant to talk to. RID: 23388
Click to report rating    12/4/10   5     5     5     5   Judith is the best vet I have ever taken my pets too. She is so intuitive with the animals and knows exactly what they need to feel comfortable. I feel very confident bringing in my furry family members to her. She is extremely trustworthy and will not suggest a treatment if it is not in the best interest of the animal. I would highly recommend her. RID: 21243
Click to report rating    10/7/10   5     5     5     5   Very great experience with this Vet. Very comfortable environment for the animals. I know my dog enjoys the company of this Vet because he literally pulls me into the room. Expensive yes but so are all Veterinarians. They are doctors for our animals just like doctors are for us. People don't realize that. And if you went to the United States and went for a doctor's appointment for yourself, you'd get a real concept of what expensive is. RID: 20117
Click to report rating    7/26/10   4     4     3     1   Took my 17 year old cat for shots so she could go to a kennel while we were on holidays. $1100's and 4 visits later she had to be put to sleep. Her last month of life was pure hell because the vets had to test for this and test for that. Won't be going there again RID: 18959
Click to report rating    6/28/10   1     3     5     1   Had trouble with my dog breaking out in rashes, friend recommended this vet. Was told because his testicles were up inside it was affecting his hormone levels and this was affecting his skin. When we picked him up I was told he'd already been neutered a long time ago and it ended up as exploratory surgery and that the vet took some blood to send in for testorone levels at her expense (big deal)My dog was in a lot of pain for day. Would of paid for blood work if I'd been told. And the surgery was twice what I was quoted.Haven't been back. RID: 18568
Click to report rating    6/11/10   5     5     5     5   I have taken my cats and my dogs to Dr Siegert for years and I can't say enough good things about her. When my cat was clearly not going to make it, she came to my home and let us stay with her while she put her to sleep. Dr Siegert made a very tough decision that much easier by allowing us to keep our girl at home for her final hours. She is an amazingly compassionate and caring vet and her staff rock! RID: 18333
Click to report rating    4/13/10   5     5     5     4   Great place if you have smaller animals. Staff is very friendly and helpful, Dr Siegert is fantastic and very understanding. RID: 17492
Click to report rating    10/22/09   5     4     5     5   I have been taking my dog to Dr. Siegert for 12 years for annual checkups and two surgeries. Proud to say my dog was the first patient at Port Moody Animal Hospital when it opened. Dr. Siegert is knowledgeable, patient, committed and caring. I never feel as though she has anything but time to give when dealing with my dog's needs. I can recommend this vet 100\%. RID: 14968
Click to report rating    6/1/09   5     5     5     5   I not only take my dogs here but many of my clients do, (I own a dog grooming studio in Coquitlam) and we all say the same thing: Dr. Seigert is an excellent doctor, with a great manner with both animals and people, and she is beyond fair with her pricing. Having worked with and for Vets in the past, I know that she is the best a pet and person could ask for! RID: 12981
Click to report rating    1/30/09   5     5     5     5   I have been dealing with Dr. Siegert for 9 years. My dog and any other pets that I have taken there have always been treated with the utmost of patience and gentleness. She is well informed and will give you all the information you need to make a good decision for your pet. She doesn't recommend diagnostics and procedures just for the sake of doing them - she will only recommend them if she sees obvious benefit for the health of your pet. An excellent vet! RID: 11426
Click to report rating    10/31/08   5     5     5     5   I've been going to this Vet for 10 years. She is always kind, gentle and well informed. The staff are polite and pleasant and the clinic is impeccably clean. She treats my cat like a beloved member of her own family and I feel welcome and respected there. I highly recommend Dr. Siegert and the Port Moody Animal Hospital. RID: 10453
Click to report rating    10/21/08   5     5     5     5   We have seen Dr. Siegert for years and she is very friendly and really knows how to deal with nervous animals. My cat has a very rare condition and they are very monetarily accommodating with the price they charge for his 2x daily medication! RID: 10351
Click to report rating    2/14/08   4     5     5     5   Very committed vet. Always take time to make animals comfortable and relaxed. Clean environment. Obviously keeps up to date and offers options for treatment. Progressive and impressive. Refers to specialist when / if needed. Perhaps too many new office staff of late and getting harder to book an apt. in a timely fashion are my only concerns. RID: 7353
