Our dog is from the Humane Society, we chose this vet as it was within walking distance of our home. Always a good experience, and they genuinely seemed to care for our dog. Unfortunately, it has since closed. We found out from a friend, and our file has since been sent to Billings Bridge Veterinary. Just thought I would share this if anyone else was wondering what happened.

We have known and used Dr Butovetsky for 4 years since our return from overseas. He is an excellent vet; knowledgeable & compassionate. He has had to euthanise 2 of our pets at that time, & has made this awful experience into one of peace & compassion. I wish he were able to offer more services, but then perhaps we would lose out on the excellent quality of care. High recommend him.

We've been seeing Dr. Butovecky for many years and he has always been available for my many cats and dogs. He has stayed late to see us in emergencies, and always follows up. The office is not fancy, and he is the only vet, but I would never go anywhere else. He cares for animals so deeply. It is apparent in his approach and demeanor. He takes his time to make nervous animals feel comfortable, and he is always waiting with treat and lots of ear rubs and belly rubs! Highly recommend.

Dr.Butovecky has been looking after my two cats and dog for over ten years now. Very professional, takes his time to explain, has half hour appointments.He is one of the lower cost vets around. He is absent sometimes however since he is the only vet I never have the problem seeing vets that know nothing about my pets. He also does house calls and put down a cat for me last year, very gently and painlessly. good staff, highly recommended.

I agree with the other comment posted. This vet is never there, maybe that's why he charges so much for appointments? Some of the staff are nice, but it's not worth going there.

Although the staff was quite friendly when we brought our first cat in, they were rather impolite when we had to cancel a booster shot with them after we were forced to put our cat down. The only vet in this office was on vacation for a whole month while our cat was sick & dying. Having obtained boosters for our 2nd cat at a different clinic, we discovered that we paid nearly triple for the same shots at this location, demonstrating their incredible markup. The long & short of it: poor availability, poor pricing, but relatively good staff when they're in the office.
