Recently brought in my cat with an eye infection after having had a negative experience at another office. I was so happy with the service here!! Everything was clearly explained to me, and I left feeling good about the experience, and confident in the treatment. Sure enough it cleared up in days. Thank you South Surrey Vet Hospital!!

The staff are very friendly and prompt, very little waiting time. Dr. K has a great bedside manner. I had to put down a very long term furry friend and started to cry after it was done, she hugged me while I sobbed. She works with high tech equipment, but low tech sensibility. If you can afford it, in come the big machines. If you can't, she uses palpation and old fashioned veterinary practice.

*****Five star rating for this clinic. All of the staff is caring and considerate. I have tried the others in my area and SSVH is by far the best......clean, well stocked with very knowledgeable doctors, techs and staff. I trust their judgement and they don't try to "sell" me services that are not needed. Try them but leave some time open for my four cats and dog!
