Click to report rating    5/16/15   5     5     4     3   My cats' have been patients here since 2008. They aren't any more expensive than other veterinary clinics/hospitals nor is the wait any longer/shorter. The care is impeccable and the staff is friendly. I will always bring my cats ' here. RID: 57029
Click to report rating    3/6/11   2     3     1     1   My cat was misdiagnosed and by the time they realized their error, it was too late. He died. While he was in the hospital, by the vet's admission, they failed to give him adequate water. He came home dehydrated and rapidly declined. The vet. techs are good to very good. The receptionists are all business, but OK. Except for one woman - ask her a question, she'll wander away, and when she returns she'll ask you if you're being helped. The facilities are over-the-top glitzy and you pay for it. Flat screen TVs, ugly bronze statue, a snack bar type thing. They rarely run on time. Apparently they do have a lot of advanced equipment. When I need that, I'll go to Angell. For non-specialized vet care, I prefer a clean, modest vet hospital where the focus is on the animals and the medicine, not the fluff. RID: 23358
Click to report rating    2/21/11   5     5     4     4   My dog has been a patient at Countryside since she was a pup. Dr. Jacobs and the rest of the staff have always been caring and compassionate. They are expensive, but can you put a price on the health of your beloved companion? RID: 23051
Click to report rating    7/18/09   4     4     3     2   I have used them for over 10 years and punctuality has always been an issue. Now the cost has become outrageous also. So watch out for the high cost for surgery. RID: 13523
Click to report rating    4/1/09   5     5     1     3   If you thinks doctors don't respect your time, then try countryside. They used to be respectful of clients time, now they're just apologetic. Plan on at least an hour for simple visits. RID: 12315
