I travel a lot and board my companion cat with this facility. They are amazing and treat him like one of the family. The cages are always clean and comfy and the cats get to have open space time. I highly recommend this for both care and boarding! Love the staff - so friendly and caring.

Boarded my budgies in 2016. They pulled out the flight feathers on one wing of each bird and then denied it. I guess it made things easier for the staff (i.e. the birds cannot fly far) but pulling those large flight feathers is painful. I was quite surprised because if they can't look after budgies, what can they look after?

We have been going to Bells Corners Vet since 1987 which was in the other building. Over the past 30 yrs we have had all 5 cats here. They are wonderful. We have had 2 out of 3 cats put down and they were so kind and supportive.. We have 2 kittens (they are over a year old now) still being taken care by Dr. Beach who is absolutely great.

I have been going to this clinic for 20 year and have never had a bad experience. The Vets are the most caring people and office staff are superb. My 3 dogs actually like going and as soon as I walk in the door the dogs head for the office staff to get treats. My vet is Michelle Herman and over the past 20 years she and I are always on the same page. She includes me in the decision making for my dogs and explains everything in great detail. Dr. Herman is excellent!!!!

I only ever called the clinic once , I called because my dog had a medical emergency and when the receptionist answered the phone she did not ask what I needed she abruptly put me on hold because she was with a client, I waited for 3 mins 31 seconds and she did not come back to the phone , I hung up and called another vet and got far more superior service than what you provide.

Gotta say the staff at this hospital showed great care when I would bring my collie in, he got all sorts of attention and he actually liked going there to get his nail cut, The vets are honest and don't pull any long winded crap , they tell you whats what.After all is said and done my dog was cared for and that is what really counts.

I can't say one bad thing about this clinic. The staff are absolutely amazing as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with smiles and treats for my dogs. The front staff took the time to make my dogs feel welcome by sitting on the ground and giving treats. The doctor I had was very thorough and answered all my questions and sent me home with information to look into. Prices are comparable to other clinics. I definitely recommend this clinic!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. The receptionists are always very helpful and friendly on the phone, in person and over e-mail. I usually book appointments with Dr Jack, who I would highly recommend, and who has been excellent helping me get my dog's diabetes under control. I have also seen other veterinarians at the clinic and found them all to be very good. The facility itself is always clean and I never have to wait very long when I have a scheduled appointment. I have compared their costs with other veterinary clinics in the area and both the services they provide as well as the goods they sell (pet food, insulin etc.) are less expensive than others. Another indication that this is a good place, and perhaps the most important one, is the fact that my dog loves it and is always happy with the attention she gets from the staff.

We have brought our pup there on three occasions, and so far we've had stellar services and care. The staff are very friendly, and very helpful and are always available to answer your questions. Highly recommend! Their prices are comparable to the vets around town. A++++

I've been coming to this clinic with my pets for years. The standard of care they receive is great. My pets get treated with enthusiasm every time they visit whether it's a 'cookie visit' with my dog, or an actual appointment with her or my cats. The best part is that my pets, seem to like their visits too. I highly recommend them.

I went to other vets and got the run around and a lighter wallet. I then went to the Bells Corners vet clinic and the staff there assisted in getting me an appointment on the weekend and on short notice. Then Dr. Cottell gave me answers to questions that I had. Questions that I had asked other vets that had those vets stumped.... Dr. Cottell also engaged in a real dialogue with me instead of a phoney one full of jargon and bull. Dr. Cottell's people skills are quite evident. I highly recommend this vet. The health and safety of our animals should not be left to average vets.

This veterinary clinic is absolutely horible when it comes to their staff. They are unorganized about booking appointments and often mix up dates and there's not enough communication between staff and customer. Ive found them to be rude and judgemental and I am glad I left them and am now taking my cat to a vet who treats my pet and I with respect.

We are foster-to-adopt pet parents and this hospital does a lot of work with the dog rescue organization we are working with. So points to them there! Both Dr Jack and the Dr who did our girls spay were wonderful - caring, helpful, full of good information and didnt push extra tests (ie when our girl went to be spayed it had to be called off for complications. They could have charged us for the cancelled op as she was given meds etc but they didnt!) They called with updates, they were flexible and very very caring. Im impressed.

I have taken numerous pets to this hospital over the last 30 years or so, and have never had a single problem with either the staff or doctors. I have found them unfailingly understanding , kind, and informative. I cannot speak to relative cost, but I have always believed you get what you pay for. I would recommend them to anyone, and frequently have. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The services provided by this hospital are quite costly, and the doctors do not seem to go out of their way to explain key side effects of certain procedures/drugs to a point where you can then make an informed decision. I will not be bringing my pet to this hospital again.

My first complaint is the staff, especially the receptionist. She is snooty and is not educated in her field. The other staff (not exactly sure what they do behind that counter) often gave me dirty up and down looks. The doctor was fine. I will not be bringing my cat back there. Very unprofessional.

The staff here are truly caring. I have often seen clients and their dogs just visiting for treats. My dog is always excited to go to the vet. If you are looking for caring,professional people, this is the place to go.

I no longer go to this place because the receptionist is so nasty. She is not understanding and does not have any people skills. You also have to wait a long time to see a vet. Their main concern is profit, not the health of the pet.

Staff: The vets are very nice people but too often do not have any answers (or the wrong answer)leading to more costly tests and more costly visits.
The front staff (one person in particular) are not always very nice to anyone but the pets. They can be less than understanding when it comes to difficult situations.
Facilities: They are clean for the most part, but the ventilation could use an upgrade.
Punctuality: There is about a 50/50 chance you will go into the room on time. Sometimes you will wait a long time with no explanation.
Monetary Value: Speaking to friends who go to other vets, I have found they are a little overpriced. I find you can’t leave without your visit (for some reason or another) costing under $300.
