I can't say enough good things about this clinic, the staff, and especially Dr. Klein. We first saw Dr. Klein when our old kitty was diagnosed with diabetes. He gave us all the information we needed to make the best decisions for her care, and thanks to him her diabetes went into remission. Later, when she got very sick again, Dr. Klein helped us care for her, keep her comfortable, and helped us make the difficult decision to have her put down. He was very compassionate through the whole process. We have continued to see Dr. Klein with our young dog, and Scout just loves him! It's clear that he wants what is best for our dog, and I love that he always provides as much info as possible to help us make decisions for her health. He also takes all of our concerns seriously, even when it's something minor, which I really appreciate. And always punctual, which is really important!

We have had superb care for our dog from the team here. Always caring and effective. Staff are friendly and our dog gets the care he needs and we get great treatment recommendations and excellent follow up.

The first couple visits I really liked this practice. The receptionist was very pleasant, always remembered my pets and what food I pick up for them. Dr. Klein is fabulous and caring. Unfortunately things took a turn when I walked in one day, only to have my dogs face snapped by a mouse trap. These traps were scattered ALL over the clinic during business hours as they were dealing with an infestation. I found this to look unprofessional and end up being a safety hazard for my dog. In addition, I was informed that their lovely receptionist was no longer working there. Their replacement (an older lady with red hair) whom I was later informed is the owners wife..was incapable of preforming her duties as a receptionist, is unprofessional and all around unpleasant to deal with. I will not be returning as things seem to have changed for the worse.

My experience here was unfortunately the worst experience I have had with a vet. So i had made the painful decision to have my chameleon euthanized. I had taken my chameleon to another vet and they had suggested the idea to me. When i made the appt the receptionist said that i could come and drop my lizard off and I would not need to see the vet beforehand. The day came, about an hour after dropping her off i get a call from the vet to tell me that he would not euthanize her and couldn't believe i would want to. Obviously no one wants to euthanize their pet. I was already distraught and he never sounded sorry for the heartache he was causing me and also let me know he would be keeping my money as a "wellness exam" fee. He made me feel like a terrible person for doing this. Sheba did have the procedure at my original vet later but not before she had hurt herself badly after bringing her home. She could have avoided so much pain and suffering if he could have only shown more compassion.

I have been attending this clinic for approx 20 yrs. With the exception of Drs. Rolfe & McCleary who are experienced Vets there was a few years where you never knew who was going to be there. Some good, some not so good. The first time I took my dog to Dr. Klein I was very impressed, he was very professional, knowledgeable & had a great demeanor. I was very happy to learn that his intentions were to remain at this clinic. Unlike my previous dog who was very sick the last year of her life, we were there probably once a week. Our new 'baby' is a rescue with no history, so in the beginning he was there on a fairly regular basis till his problems where sorted out. Our visit to Dr. Klein this week (after almost 1 year)was the same professional & friendly manner as previous occasions. He takes the time to explain thoroughly what is going on with your pet & best options to treat them. I have considered changing vets on occasion but since meeting Dr. Klein I have no reason to. Very satisfied.

Dr Klein Misdiagnosed our 3 cats with upper Res and told us to bring our sick Kitties Directly to the Vet Cat and Dog Hospital on Broderick st??? When all they had was a common cold and 0ne had constipation $1600.00 later and a horrific overnight stay for our constipated Tiger where he was in a room surrounded by 6 barking, wimpering, howling dogs for 24 hrs when we wanted to get tiger hydrated to help a bowel movement ,but why would they think a cat would eat or poop in a small metal cage surrounded by dogs? So upsetting we would do anything for our Fur Babies and tested them for upper res and everything else possible. Our cats are home thank God still have colds but that's all? and Will never Recommend Anyone bring your animals to this inept clinic or Dr Klein for his mistake cost us and our poor kitties undue torture and we could not afford 1700.00 total bill for as soon as a Dr suggests you get your Sick animals to the Local Pet Hospital Imediately we stepped to it so upsetting

Great staff! The vet was obviously very competent. The technician who cleaned Charlies ears was very professional and no doubt after training in the Cayman's will be a first rate vet.Charlie says Hello. (Isn't that what WOOF means?)

Fantastic service for our dog. We went in while our puppy was very distressed. Dr. Klein was able to calm her down immediately and get to the heart of the problem. Thank you.

OMG!I felt exactly the same as the last entry. I thought Dr. Martin Klein was not at all sympathetic with my dog either. Seems he was in a bad mood too, kinda grumpy to begin with. So I will not be back to this clinic, it will be inconvenient for me as I live close by but I will not allow this vet Dr to treat my dog roughly especially when he is in pain. Good bye

The reception clerk was great but Dr. Klein was not so. He was very harsh with my dog who was in a lot of pain - obviously, that was why the dog was there and just because he could not stay still and allow the check-up to go smooth the way Klein would have liked it-he had a few harsh words toward my dog and I could tell from his body language too that he did not approve of my dogs behaviour. Well!!! too bad too say - your supposed to be a professional Dr.Klein, and you don't know how to behave around an animal in pain and distress too sad for you - I won't be back and I'll tell as many people about this too. Dr. Bader would never have behaved as badly or treated my pet the way you did - ever!. Victoria has lost an amazing canine friend. Dr. Klein has a lot of catching up to do if he wants his practice to succeed.

As soon as I walked into the new facility across the street from their old location, I felt instantly welcomed. The front staff, doctors and technicians alike all care very deeply about the quality of service and medicine given to their clients, and I couldn't be happier with the service my cats received. While they've gone through a rather heavy staff turnover at the beginning of this summer, I don't feel any less welcomed by the new staff. I'll definitely be recommending this veterinary facility to all of my friends and family.

I love the new location. Much more professional and clean. No stairs, which is great because my knees aren't the best. The doctor was very thorough and my dog loves all the attention. I thought I had a major problem on my hands but with a little testing, we found out it wasn't too serious and easy to treat. Thanks glanford animal hospital!

I really like this clinic. It's in an old house and feels homey and comfortable. The doctor there treated my pets very well and was very knowledgeable. The nurse was great with my dog when he was sick, and was very gentle taking blood. Not a whimper.
