My 12 yr old daughter and I took her guniea pig here for a skin condition. The Dr. wasn't very informed on piggies. He told us it was probably an allergy and to try changing the bedding, charged us(my daughter) $65. We went for a second opinion and were told it was a common skin condition with guniea pigs and they gave us antibiotics for it which cleared it up within a week and it's never been back. Instead of taking our money for useless advice he should have showed some integrity and informed us that he didn't have experieince with guniea pigs.

Very good practice with competent, caring staff. Informative, responsive to needs of both pet and owner. Well equipped. Dr. Bert and company have been treating my pets for many years, have accommodated my rather inflexible scheduling problems, thoroughly explained treatment options for difficult to treat conditions, are compassionate in situations where emotions are running high. Several animal "helpers" work in the practice too... cats in reception, dogs wandering around... seems to calm the pets to see these animals so relaxed. Prices are reasonable... not cheap, mind you, but I never felt as though I was being overcharged for their services.

i took my dog and cat here for exams and dental work. they were well taken care of, the exams were complete and i was explained everything. any meds were explained to me as far as what they were, dosages, and when. the vets had a genuine concern for your pet. the personnel is fantastic, very caring and very friendly. the facility is clean and neat and i never had to wait more than 5 minutes. they were very punctual. the cost is competitive. great care at a good price.
