From the start of our first visit I have always felt that myself and my Yorkie Foxxy have been treated more like friends/family then clients/customers by the staff at Lincoln Animal Hospital. The level of care that Foxxy has received during her appointments has always been excellent and the care & attention that she has received has always felt genuine and from the heart. Dr. F in particular has a special bond with Foxxy sharing with me that he also had a Yorkie at home and he literally seems to beam with joy every time that he sees her. As for myself the staff have always been kind and accommodating. in the past doing whatever they could to structure the delivery of treatments and payment of treatments in such a way as to make the financial burden easier for me to manage when I was struggling financially. I really feel that Dr. F and his staff are honest and trustworthy and very clear about what my pet does and does not need and in prioritizing the treatments that they recommend.

Throughout the 4 years that I have been taking my dogs to Lincoln Animal Hospital (LAH), both my dogs have had life threatening problems and I know that they wouldn't still be with me if not for Dr. F and his staff.
4 years ago, after an emergency clinic sent my dog home with a diagnosis I didn't trust, I ventured over to LAH. Dr F didn't waste any time diagnosing my puppy with a pulmonary edema and 72 hrs later she was on her way to a speedy recovery.
Dr F has treated my dogs for IBD, pancreatitis, a ruptured anal gland and dental cleaning. This past NYE, I arrived at LAH with my dog's abdomen distended. Dr F spent NYE diagnosing him, going above and beyond to consult colleagues and specialists to choose the best treatment plan. He and his team welcome you and your pet like extended family. Not only do they love the pets they treat, they are always available (Dr offers his cell#), they are sympathetic to budget constraints and most importantly, their compassion is second to none.

Lincoln Vet Hospital did an EXCEPTIONAL job treating my cat who was quite sick. Dr. F and the entire staff were compassionate, kind and thorough in their care; making both myself and Bernie feel comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend them! Thanks to them, my Bernie is back home and happy once again!

Took my sick cat in for blood tests after he exhibited signs of weakness. The doctor said some tests would be required. We returned the next day and he showed me a list of results from the blood test as well as expensive xrays that were not necessary and never mentioned in advance. The treatment was for diabetes and the tests and meds were $1500.00. Upon administering the medicine we realized the bottles were filled and labeled from that clinic and the volume was not enough to treat for the days required. When I called them they said they should keep the cat for a few days to moniter him. The cat finished the treatment and was much worse. We took him to another clinic and it was obvious he would not survive. I do not expect miracles but beware of repackaged medicines from vets and unnecessary xrays and tests. If you pay this much ask a lot of questions as this clinic makes you believe so many tests will help determine the answer. This is what was investigated recently on TV. Beware.

I have been taking my dog to this clinic since December when Dr Farhadi and the specialist he called in (on a Friday night) did an excellent job taking out the needle my dog had swallowed, endoscopycally instead of a surgery. Their patience and effort was admiring. Thank you to the doctors and staff at Lincoln Animal Hospital because they take an excellent care of you and your pet.

The staff here are very caring and attentive to my dogs. They are always friendly and the hospital always looks and smells clean. The dogs love going in for treats and just to say hello. The Dr's are both very thorough and accommodating after hours if needed. I bring my animals here for all of their medical needs. Im glad to have a veterinary hospital I can trust right in my neighbourhood. Thanks for all of your hard work and help!

Nothing but wonderful things about this clinic! My dog is only 6 months old when he got a kennel cough and another office prescribed a medication that made him worse. My dog was coughing endlessly and seems like choking every time. I went to see Dr Farhang for the first time and he accommodated us as an emergency walk in patient. He was very thorough and gave a different medication for my pup. My poor pup felt better within a couple of hours! So thankful and so thrilled to have a new vet we can go to and trust! Great staff too! Everyone has been very kind and friendly. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about this Vet Clinic. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. The vet techs and doctors clearly love animals and did absolutely fantastic job on the spay and neuter of my two kitties. I was worried about them, but they always explain the ups and the procedures and tests. I was very happy and highly recommend this place for your beloved pet:))

I had such a nice experience in Lincoln Animal Hospital, I was there
Couple days ago for my fluffy who was suffer severe constipation and
Had distended belly and not able to eat food for almost 5 days, and
Found this hospital online, and obviously I went trough online comment
And was kind of pro cautious about them, but at late time around 7 Pm
No other option I had,
But after I went there I noticed they are very care about animal, they
Already had other patient and I closely monitor them and doctor was
Very care and patient and professional in act and talk and staff very nice
And very clean hospital , and they took care of my cat after and I felt
They take care if their own pet, and my vision much get better to them
And after 2nd re check and 3rd one I can trust them more,
I highly can recommend them, and can not trust negative comment
About these people.

The vet that saw our dog was impatient and rude. He seemed to rush through everything; for the physical exam all he did was take our dog's heart rate for five seconds, nothing else. Next, when our puppy was obviously in fear and distress, he shouted at my dog. Never did I feel any compassion coming from him. He did not stop to explain any of the procedures he was doing, he even said something to the lines of "Your dog isn't even acting like a dog!" when our poor pup was obviously in fear and distress from being shouted at. Some things were also said to us that made it clear to me that all he cared about was his reputation and business. If you want your pet to receive good quality care, this is not the vet you want to go to.

Heart broken! I was told my cat needed an X-ray to see if there was anything wrong. I was told she had cancer and that we should schedule a surgery before its too late. I brought her for a second opinion and was told after a second X-ray that in fact there was nothing showing up. Our second vet requested the X-rays from lincoln animal hospital. Shocked to find out there was no mass on the X-ray at all. Please BEWARE

Awesome is all I can say about them.
My call was an emergency call after business hours. When I got there, I was greeted with great sympathy and concern from the first moment. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and professional and treat my American Pit Bull (KETKA) as if they are a part of the family.
They have the greatest and clean environment with absolute perfect temperature, so nice and comfortable clinic for pets, which is extremely convenient.
Doctors and staff spent time with us and had exceeded our expectations for professional care. Plus, every staff member knows my KETKA by his name.
I could really tell how much they love animals and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left the clinic. Then on that basis, Lincoln Animal Hospital is my pet care provider.

What a fantastic team! Our cat is 20 years old and when she started leaking urine mixed with blood we thought the worst. The doctors gave us the option of euthanasia but urged us to do some tests which were not cheap. We decided to do the tests. Once the results were back, we were told that aside from a kidney infection our cat is completely healthy. We were given some antibiotics and a kidney supplement to get rid of the infection. That was a year ago and our cat has never been happier and more energetic than she is now. The doctors and staff of Lincoln Animal hospital have the never ending gratitude of our cat and us forever. Thank you for your caring and sincere guidance. Barbie says hello (ie. meeeeeooooow)!!! :-)

My previous pet was charging me a lot and rough with my puppy... she always started shaking when i went there!!!! But i found her so comfortable here....thanks god. I am really happy with their service and caring about my pet. Dr was kind, compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable in his diagnosis .The clinic was so clean and front desk staff was polite and friendly and reasonable price.... you do get what you pay for it... cuz i do care for my puppy............ We have been going to Lincoln Animal Hospital since they opened (approx 7 years now). The staff are friendly and courteous and honestly love animals. Both Dr Ayromloo and Dr Farhadi are great with our animals. Between my wife and I and our 2 sons, we have 5 dogs and 1 cat. Procedures we have had done are annual vaccinations, dental cleaning, neutering, anal glands, and cancer lump removals. All have been just fine. We also buy dog food from them. Two of our dogs are picky eaters, but they eat this food. If you are looking for a new vet, I would definitely recommend them.

This is the best vet clinic in Coquitlam. The staff are amazing as well as Dr. Farhang and very professional. They were so nice with my dog plus when I got the bill I realized they did not charge me for examination. I will not ever take my dog to any other vet clinics.

The doctors and the staff are one of the most caring, honest, knowledgeable, friendly, considerate, compassionate ones I have EVER met. I have had a few bad runs with several other Veterinarians and was very apprehensive about taking my 6 year old cat, Kitty to a new vet,but they're just the best at handling my concerns. Honestly,i'm very picky about who i'll take my kitty to,but the fantastic staff, from the front desk to the vet techs in the back room were very attentive, pay close attention to detail, and clearly love animals, so they put me at ease:) Five stars to everything:)

My dog has come here for 5 years and is always excited to come here. The doctors are honest and truly care for the animals...and the prices are very reasonable. I now care for 4 dogs and though I have moved quite far from this hospital, I still insist on driving the 30 mins here to ensure my dogs get the best care. Oh and the receptionist is amazing!

I brought in my cat to Lincoln Animal Hospital on the weekend and had an excellent experience at this clinic. The staff are caring and knowledgeable. The clinic is very clean and the ambiance is welcoming for all type of animals. The doctor was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining everything to my wife and I about the complications, treatment, and what we should expect. He kept us informed throughout the examination process and gave us good instruction to better take care of our kitty. I definitely come back to this clinic and highly recommend it everyone.

These people are big time scammers! Front desk and vet scam together. Telling me my dog may have all these crazy things wrong with her and have to do at least 7 different tests to find out for sure. Also trying to sell me on every other service they have to offer in the clinic. Wow,cannot believe people actually go here. They try and talk so sweet to your animal,like they actually care. What a perfect profession for these people to have patients that can't talk and let their owners know how they're being scammed.

My cat was very sick and I was afraid she would have to be euthanized. The vet saved her life and showed me how to lengthen her life with quality of life. We had the tough discussion about the responsibility of making sure that my cat doesn't suffer and specific signs to check for. The follow up has been unparalleled. I totally recommend this vet

The previous vet was okay, but the new vet is just terrible. All he cared about was trying to get us to do every service they offered even when my dog didn't need it. Although this place was always costly, I liked the original vet enough to keep going. Not anymore.
