I wish I had a great experience as some of the reviewers in here but I did not. I think that clinic have some prefered customers. I will never return there for now I am left with a sick puppy and no clue what is wrong with him and no vet.

I am so appreciative of the entire team here. They are so kind, warm and friendly with us and Sophie. So gentle with our crazy baby girl. They take the time to make sure you fully understand what is going on and have taken the time to talk about diets for our little girl. Thank you to the entire team, we are so appreciative to have someone who cares for Sophie as much as we do.

We were very impressed with the compassion and professionalism of the technician and doctor at the hospital. At an extremely difficult time they were empathetic and kind in their examination of our dog and interaction with us. The outlined our options clearly and honestly which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend them with no hesitation.

Highly recommended! I recently had to switch Vet Clinics due to my move to the east-west area, and I found all the staff and Dr. Kevin incredibly amazing. I love how caring and attentive they are. The best veterinarian in the city.

Highly recommended even if you stock in an urgent situation, you can't find any animal clinic would respond to your request during holidays, Thanks to Dr. Kevin, we had support even during holidays, we had an urgent situation during the holidays, he provided his phone number just in case anything happens during the holiday

The vet was unethical, or incompetent to say the least. He was misleading as to what might be wrong with our cat. Half of the treatments they charged for were unnecessary. They were not harmful but had no basis and were unnecessary. We had a second opinion from a trusted and experienced vet, who explained everything he did inappropriately - there were many. He gave prescription cat food that does not even have the effect he claimed. I will never return there, and urge you to avoid the place to save your pet and money. If you definitely have to go there, prepare for long wait time, and importantly make sure what they say they did is indeed done. For example, if they are going to give your pet blood test or some treatment, you may want to have the work done in front of you.

Wish I had a great experience like most of the reviewers but unfortunately I have not. Most recently, I had an annual wellness appointment for my dog and I was surprised to see a new vet examining my dog. Now, this is not a problem, but they should have informed me in advanced they it would not be Dr. B. Furthermore, they pressure to try new products and vaccines that I personally would prefer my dog not to receive (due to the breed and research stating that certain breeds do not react well to certain products/vaccines). Also, they like to perform services and not tell you the price in advance so when you go to pay, the price is a complete shock. I think the most upsetting moment was when I requested a certain vaccine not to be given to my dog and it was given to him. Oh, and the new vet was hovering around the RVT making sure she was charging me properly and I could tell she was very uncomfortable - very unprofessional. The RVT's are very nice though.

I have to thank all the staff for the outstanding care they have provided for our little Ginger since 2005. This is the best place I have ever taken my dog and the level of care, professionalism, honesty and courtesy is more than wonderful. Ginger now 13 is still healthy and playful and I would definitely recommend Dr. Briones, Jessica and Stephanie to everyone.

Dr Godfrey was amazing. It was a very urgent appointment and our first time there. Our dog was very sick and we were very worried, she took her time and explained all our options. Unfortunatly our dog was very sick with a heart problem, and she was so kind and compassionate during a very difficult time. I will recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, compasionate vet. Thank you from the Nash family, especially Bella!

I have never met a more caring doctor than Dr. B. He and his staff give the best care I can imagine, to all our animals. I would not hesitate for a minute to recommend The Montreal Road Animal Hospital.

I will never go anywhere else. On two separate occasions I've taken my dogs here in emergencies. Once the veterinarian was out for the afternoon and he came in just for me, he was even there by the time i arrived. The second time I raced into the clinic with my dog in my arms suffering from severe heatstroke. Dr B and his entire staff put everything aside and gave my Chester the most attentive and compassionate care I have ever witnessed. I felt like nothing was more important to them than saving my dog, and at the worst time in my life they really took care of me as well. I recommend this clinic to everyone and anyone because when it really matters they will stop at nothing to care for your pet. The prices are reasonable for a city vet. The staff are knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Dr Briones is outstanding!
