Very poor customer service! I had my young child with me when I arrived and was told that only one person could attend, (would have been nice to have been told that earlier!?) then offered to do “curb side pick up” for my 12 weeks old puppy!?iI was shocked and I left! I’m sorry as any new puppy parent, or any parent, we are needed in appt. to answer and ask questions, to relay info and to advocate as well as support our pets!! I am beyond shocked, dismayed and infuriated by this approach. It’s quite toxic with the 3 young unprofessional women who are there to be condescending and difficult! Please save your time, money and stress levels and support other local offices that are truly supportive!

I was told they had a vet on staff who would be able to treat my rabbit. The vet we saw was extremely unprofessional, had no answers to my questions more than "sometimes it happens" and didn't even bother to run more than a visual test on my animal. My new vet was shocked at the lack of care I received at Chapman Mills, despite paying $200 for the visit. The most heartbreaking part of all was learning from my new vet that the antibiotics prescribed by the Chapman Mills vet may have caused irreparable damage to my rabbit, as the vet misdiagnosed by rabbit and prescribed antibiotics not suitable for his true affliction. Will be warning all other rabbit owners to stay away.

I have attended this hospital since it opened. Obviously I like the service I have received and continue to. I have dealt with specifically Dr. Robert Ostrowski. He has been honest, upfront and caring. Any questions I asked were answered with care. I had the unfortunate task of making the dreadful choice for two of my animals. Either they suffer or I let them pass away in peace, I chose the latter, He allowed myself and my family the time with my animals to say good bye and to grieve them. His staff and his services made these choices for us easier. This decision wasn't made lightly and for anyone who has lost an animal I think you will understand. I knew they went peacefully, knowing they were loved. Thank you Dr Robert, the services of your staff and you have truly touched a special place in our hearts.

I dropped my 9 year old cat off at the Chapman Mills Animal Hospital for what I thought would be a routine dental check. Later that day the hospital called to tell me that my cat had past away when he was recovering from the procedure and that they had no idea what the cause was. My cat was active and healthy with no medical issues. I was also told that I would be expected to pay for the dental services as it was deemed to be “services rendered.” When I refused to pay, I was told that I would have to wait until the owner of the hospital got back from his vacation to talk to him. Eight days later I finally heard from the owner. He again told me that they do not know the cause of my cat’s death. When I asked about who was responsible for monitoring my cat during his recovery, he told me that the person is not a Registered Veterinary Technician. My family was devastated by the sudden loss of our cat and in my opinion, the staff at this hospital acted very unprofessionally.

Front counter Staff are proffesional. polite and go out of there way to provide service. Dr. Seidler is the Vet for both our dogs and he is extremely gentle with the dogs when examininigng them. He is very informative and explains any of the information he provides to the fullest. Very proffesional group and I would highly recommend their services.

The front office staff are caring and professional. Dr. Seidler took his time and was gentle with our aging dog Reiley, who can be a handful. The Dr. did not pressure us into expensive diagnostics, and took the time to explain why he recommended each treatment. The clinic overall seems clean, relaxed, professinal, and caring.
