We have had nothing but excellent experiences with this vet. They have saved by cat's life at least twice. They are sympathetic and explain all your options so that you can make an informed decision. After the ordeals they even did numerous follow-ups to make sure that our cat was okay. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet. When we first got our cat, she disliked the vet we took her to and would growl and hiss and the building and at the everyone at the clinic. As soon as we discovered Greenboro Vet Clinic, she didn't to that.

My first dog lasted 15 years under the care of this vet. When he was doing poorly, they coached us through taking care of him. When he passed, they were very kind and supportive, even sending a condolences card in the mail. Dr Fingler has been taking care of my bulldog for 1 year and has been nothing but great. The vet techs are awesome. Rachel always has good advice. Chantal and Arielle are always friendly and welcoming. Everyone always remembers my pup, they are all aware of his medical history. I have nothing but great things to say about staff and services.

I have been bringing my cats and dogs here for about 10 years and have been very happy with the service. When my first pet passed on I was devastated. Staff were extremely kind and I received a sympathy card in the mail. I have just had my puppy neutered. They called right after the surgery to let me know he was doing well and sent me a picture of him during recovery. They have NEVER tried to sell me on anything. Do not condemn them for one person...who ultimately did not last long so it was dealt with. I really do get great value for my money...everyone wishes to pay less. Thank you GVC!

Not sure why all the bad reviews exist. We've been taking our dog here for 5 years and have had a good experience. Though I find the key is having Dr. Fingler see the animal. We haven't been terribly fond of some of the other vets that have come and gone over the years, always wanting to sell services that are not needed.

Apparently Dr. Cohen is no longer there- and they wont say where she went? hmm... Quite happy about this as she simply googled everything, and seemed to make a lot of guesses on diagnoses. very impolite and condescending. Typed away on her laptop ignoring you. treated you like you were the worst animal owner in the world for not having a ridiculous procedure done for something she was 50% sure of. Very expensive however I feel with dr.fingler you get what you pay for. Most staff are very nice, helpful, caring. one vet tech (older girl) is very patronizing and likes to lecture. chantal, arielle & mike are wonderful employees and have always been extremely helpful. I feel as though the qualify of service will increase drastically with Dr. Cohen gone.

I was nervous to go to this clinic because of all the bad reviews but it was highly recommended by a friend. I'm not sure why this clinic is getting bad reviews. I saw Dr Cohen and I though she was great!She did a full head to toe exam, and recommended vaccinations based on her lifestyle and different diets to suit her needs. I found her very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. The front desk staff were friendly and outgoing. I did find the prices to be a bit on the expensive side but well worth it in my opinion.

MY DOG WAS ****ED FOR NOTHING YESTERDAY BY THE LACK OF COMPETENCE FROM DR COHEN My dog was scheduled yesterday for a removal of a benign lump on her back. It was a misdiagnosis from a crappy aspiration. WHAT KIND OF DOCTOR DOESNT DO XRAYS-ULTRASOUNDS BEFORE A SURGERY TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE REMOVING!!She had 2 weeks to prepare to run tests to find out what kind of mass it was During surgery, she makes an 8inch cut and my dog starts bleeding profusely because the tumor has arteries and blood vessels feeding the mass which means its cancerous. They stopped the surgery telling us they didnt know the condition of the tumor was so complicated and would most likely need blood transfusion!! We got our dog back with a HUGE gash and drains, moaning in pain for a surgery that shouldnt have happened to begin with had they done sufficient tests!! Now we have to take her to a specialist and she may need to go through this ordeal over again!! DONT JEPOARDIZE THE HEALTH OF YOUR PET IN THIS VET!

Absolutely terrible experience. We saw Dr. Cohen who brought in a laptop and Googled answers to our questions. She came off completely uneducated and unprofessional. I wouldn't trust her to brush our dog, let alone diagnose her. Do not go here if you value your pets or your money.

I do not know why this clinic got such bad reviews. I went there today with my new puppy and I got great service. The vet asked me all kinds of questions about my puppy and gave me advice about training, nutrition and vaccines. They explained to me that not every dog has the same vaccine requirements, and because I have a teacup dog, she will likely only require the base vaccines. The vet and technician showed me how to trim the nails and they gave me a toothbrush/paste so I can start brushing her teeth. Finally, before leaving, they gave me literature on dog diseases so I can decide whether I wish to do certain vaccines or not. I was really very impressed and, contrary to what I have read, I found the staff were very friendly. They seemed genuine. I am happy and so is my girl. That's all that matters.

I really do not like that they removed my cat to do a check up. The cat got very upset and ended up making a mess. The vet told me that I might want to consider not taking my cat to a vet again. I could hear my cat howling from the waiting area. To top it off, they charged us for the check-up and told us that we could take my cat back for another "free" checkup later. No thanks. I had a bad feeling about the vet 2 years ago, but then a different vet last year and it went well. This year we had the first vet again and this is the reason I won't go there again.

Have decided to switch vets as this business seems more interested in trying to sell and prescribe as much (unecessary it turned out) medication as possible. Staff was rude and patronizing, vets condescending and unfriendly.

walked into clinic and had to wait wait while a receptionist was on phone on what sounded like a personal call, while staff marched around without giving any notice tothe customers often talking about how much they cant wait to get out "of this place". Proceeded to see VET who sounded rather uninterested and rushed as to answer why my cat seemed sick and within 75 seconds wanted my cat to take a series of tests wthout any explanations and or alternatives! Place looks decent inside but seems interested more in your $ than in your pet care!

Very disappointed in the care our dog got. We were not advised of the danger of yearly vaccinations and it cost us our dog's life. We would have made a more informed decision had we known. No condolence, no response to my phone messages. They had no trouble sending out reminder cards, though.
