Our best friend's found this hospital and recommended it to us for our cats. We've seen Dr. Masako and Dr. Sandhu and both have been very gentle and caring with our cats. Both cats are very wary of strangers so it was nice to have doctors caring for them who understood their limitations. Neither Vet pressed for expensive or unnecessary treatments and over all the visits to the Vet are less expensive overall. We find the pricing here to be far less for much better care than our previous Vet. We're moving off the North Shore soon but we will still be coming out to this clinic. I hope our cats will be cared for here for a very long time!

Dr. Sandhu is absolutely amazing. I had a slight panic attack when he all of a sudden had left his old clinic and had to learn through google that he moved all the way to West Vancouver. Trust me, Sunshine Plaza Animal Hospital was not the same once Dr. Sandhu had left. I live about 2 mins away from Sunshine Plaza but I still make a 30-45 min trip to West Van just to have him take a look at my two dogs. The prices are fairly high but seeing as it is in West Vancouver it is understandable (people need to make a profit here!). He really really cares for your pets and will do anything to make sure they are healthy. Highly recommended!

A god-send for cats and pets. Amazing people, amazing rates, amazing knowledge and care. don't take your pet anywhere else!! Saved my cats life, and made her enjoy the vet.

Dr Sandhu is amazing! I'm glad I found him! Very sweet and very understanding and The staff is super nice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I suffer sticker shock whenever I deal with vets, but the care and attention from Dr. Masako and staff was excellent when my cat had to have surgery for bladder stones. Highly recommended!

Dr Masako is very caring, and patient. Takes the time to answer questions and review options. Explains well, and doesn't push for expensive treatment. Certainly, she is in the business for the right reasons - to treat the animals. (unlike many vets that I have seen recently, who just want the most money they can get).

Very clean and professional clinic; the doctor was very gentle and caring and listened to any questions or concerns of my pet (guinea pig). I felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this clinic to anybody!
