The worst customer service ever!!! My dog about ran out out of there with her tail between her legs. She had never done that in the 3 yrs of her life. When we got home where I could look at her nails some of them were cut so far back that she had little nubs for a nail!!!! Not wonder she ran out of there! Tried calling on time and the lady put me on hold for over 30 min. Called back and left message for manager. She left a message that sounded very sincere so I tried to call her back. No one would answer any of the extensions. And the option for reseptionist said that they were unavaible 3 times. Not only were they mean to my dog they do not care about their customers or the owners....only the profit line.

I believe this hospital (owner, staff and doctors) have an extreme amount of love for the patients that they treat. I believe this hospital has the best costs in town, but sometimes that might come with a longer wait. and for the individual that commented about working with money, they have never been on payment plans for many many years. however for a fact i know they take care credit which does offer you credit and payment plans. good clinic with good people doing good things. they've always been good to me

as a returning customer of many years, my dog was diagosed by them w/ parvo. The vet stated with no impathy, you dog has 90%chance of dying. its 500 to have him treated. i asked about putting $ down and then payments he said we ll you can take him home and let him dye or put him up for adoption. (what type of options are those)i gave away my dog. so about 2 hrs later i returned because i couldnt do it. the vet who assisted me earlier came out and proceeded to say "in all my years i have never had anyone come back for their pet, you are actinf like a RIDICULOUS IMMATURE IDOT". i said u can t call me that he said yes i can. he said he doesnt care if i cant pay then they'll find some1 who can and if not they will put it down.i didnt get my dog down(they did find treatment though. Just beware that this clinic isnt here2assist u in ur needs they r here 4 money&have no care4the animals or customers. only good thing they are inexpensive on meds&treatments. IF U CARE 4 UR ANIMAL AVOID HERE
