Doctor Carol Peters is a well informed and patient doctor who sincerely cares about you and your pet. Prices are fair for services but meds seem to be a bit higher at this clinc than others that I have used. The staff is helpful and pleasant. Appointments can be made quickly when there is a sense of urgency. Doctor Peters works with feral cats to neuter/spay them and her and her staff can handle even the tough ones. I personally have experience with numerous veterianians and have settled on two to work with based on factors such as Price, reliability, performance, skill and successful procedures being performed. Doctor Peters and her staff merit inclusion on this site for their attempts to help both the fortunate and unfortunate animals they treat. They also work with certified wildlife experts that they can refer you to. I don't always like their pricing, but veterinarian expenses are so bloated all over this country. One of the better places in Western Massachusetts.
