I took my service dog in as she accidently got pregnant from a stray dog who jumped the fence! I was planning to have her spayed after she stopped her bleeding, but I found her attached to this larger dog! I decided to wait until she had the baby! Sad to say she could not pass the one baby, she did go into labor! I rushed her to this Pet Emergency & got there at 6am! They were more interested in how much money I could make them. I explained to them I am disabled and my income was Social Security, that I did not have any money, mean while my dog Daisy Lou suffered as they tried to pump me for money I did not have! I needed her as she was a great service dog & she was register with the state of CA as one! They forced me to sign & get credit. If I could give 0 stars, I most certainly would. This is the absolute worst pet hospital/vet ever. Dr. Lisa Seko has the worst bedside manner. She is unprofessional, rude, lacks compassion, and frankly has no business in this line of work. She is a complete disgrace to veterinary medicine.
When we took our dog in, she used scare tactics to try to intimidate us into performing a bunch of tests. She was already prepared to hospitalize our dog before she had any clue what was wrong with her. She kept telling us, "She is a very sick little dog and she could very well die." She still hadn't even examined her. It turned out our dog was dehydrated.
We waited another hour for them to give us the results of a test that took 8 minutes to get the results for. I wouldn't let anyone from this hospital pee on me if I were on fire. If this were the last vet clinic on the planet, I would treat our animals ourselves.
It's like a used car lot with the bait and switch they do.
