my dog went to this vet one day for his check-up and he was fine. he died 4 days later. overheard vet say he didn't do things for my dog, and the bill says he gave shots to my miniature snauzer, but it was given for a german shepperd, which is much bigger. i contacted them about this, and they didn't have the decency to get back to me. terrible.

The Vets are very descriptive and Professional, the other staff is also informative and friendly. My pets are vetting here since 2012, and i am very satisfied. They treated pets well and nicely. I recommended this hospital many friends and relative and all of them are very happy and quite satified.

We brought our dog there, and while we were on vacation, he had an emergency. Our caretaker brought him there. The vet didn't tell our caretaker that he only gave her sufficient medication until we arrived. Then when we went to pick more medication he said that our caretaker gave him too much. While in reality, he had miscalculated how much doses were in the bottle. When I asked questions, about the results or about why he would run certain tests, he would be rude about providing answers. when we went to another vet for a second opinion, we found out that he had us underfed our dog by half the amount of calories our dog need daily. And that he gave medication that was not really necessary

The staff are absolutely wonderful, BUT... Now that I've gone there several times (each time leaving with more questions than answers) I feel like the Dr. is more in it for the money than the pets and owners. He seems very caring and is a nice man but he refuses to answer any of my questions. All the information he gives is the complete opposite of information I've received elsewhere. Every time I take my dog there he seems to have some new problem that wasn't there a month ago (Dr. won't tell me what he thinks is wrong with him because he doesn't want me to worry). My dog is currently very sick following wormer meds he was prescribed by them, I called to get the name of the meds & he wouldn't tell me which is incredibly frustrating. It feels like he thinks you're too stupid to understand so why bother explaining. They are expensive as well. Nice people, not the best vets. Will be doing research on best vets in Ottawa to get my guy proper care.

Hi, I visited this clinic many times for my dogs and cats, they have very professional team , the prices are better than other places, they have nice facility and team. Diagnostics are excellent and Professional care is awesome too.

no comment just seems a bit pricey. Dont think I would recommend this place to anyone for a first time visit. It could cost you on the second visit. They sure want you to keep coming back.

Here's my story. I just recently adopted my bunny, from a shelter. I went to BAH because it was referred by a friend and that was the second best decision I've done after adopting my bunny. But when I took him home, he developed a skin problem as is expected with shelter rescues. Dr. Kevin was the vet that was seeing my bunny and he is so great. In my first visit he diagnosed the problem. Prior to adopting my bunny, I always took my pets to somewhere else. But I was so impressed by the way my bunny and I were treated at BAH, that I told Dr. Kevin that I'd like to take all my friends’ pets to his hospital for future vet exams. You can always tell a great vet if they introduce themselves to you in the exam room and talk to your pet like you would. Dr. Kevin has done all that and more. He is a very kind doctor and you can definitely tell that he cares a lot more about the health of his patients as a vet than making money as business.

I really like them, the staff is friendly and professional, the facility is very nice.Esp -- i like the honesty of Dr. Kam, i visited him some days ago and somebody recommended to go there, i like his professionalism and way to discuss about the condition. The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly too.

If you have an exotic pet I urge you not to take it here (ie. pocket pets). Despite their claim that they treat pocket pets, their lack of knowledge and willingness to provide both adaquate and complete care was shocking. Their visits were far too quick, and in-comprehensive for the staggering cost of each visit. For instance they never suggested switching treatment when my pet was unresponsive, they never gave adaquate information regarding storage and administering of drugs. My pet never got better and now that I'm seeing a new vet I know why. The staff was always friendly, although bewilderingly daft. For exotic pets please go elsewhere.

We Just brought our dog Scrappy to get fixed,The staff were very good and I was thankful for yjrir service. I have been to many other clinics with other pets, Alta Vista VISA Clinic, etc, and was lucky to find this place. Yes, there are cheaper, and there are alot more costly places, but none rate better then here. When we got out dog fixed, we opted out of one of the options, during surgery, they thought it best to do it anyways, and they covered the fee.We also went before this for his shots, etc, and were very happy with their service.

Although the vets are usually running late, especially in the morning, they provide spectacular service. The assistants are always helpful, cheerful, and accommodating. They call you the day prior to the appointment to remind you, which is immensely helpful given how busy everyone is these days. I've dealt with two of the vets personally, and both have proven knowledgeable and helpful. At the end of a stretch of treatments for one of my cats, they were able provide a monetary discount, which was very helpful given our financial state. They bend over backwards for their customers, and have always provided me with excellent service at a reasonable price.

Visited in emergency condition, Vets adressed my cat fast, gave first aid, and saved life, string was stuck in the stomach, did surgery and hospitalized for some days,nice staff; caring people, reasonable prices. I recommend.

My little dog was so sick for some months, I went to many different hospitals before, the vets diagnosed the problem with some test, yes, diagnostic test cost some money but better than other places, they treated very well, Very professional team, i really recommend this hospital, go and you will love them. /they take care animals,

I took my dog to this clinic, they had just started performing their own blood testing. They diagnosed our dog as being extremely ill, we asked for a retest and it came out the same. So we had a consult with a vet who wanted to operate to find out what was wrong. Turns out our dog was not ill at all - the blood tests were done incorrectly. My daughter and her husband brought their cat there, again they were told the cat needed surgery, we took the cat to our new vet and everything was sorted with out surgery or hefty bills! The vets at this clinic simply recommend surgery for everything they can't diagnos. I would never go back, nor would I ever let a friend go there.

This is absolutely my best experience with vets so far. Since I had lived in few cities in my life I had an experience with quite a few. But here for the first time I've felt as this doctor is dedicated to the animals first and foremost. This clinic literally saved my sick cat's life who suffered with uterine infection. By taking all the right steps to ensure her overall health before proceeding with the surgery I can say with smile that I am still owned by my wonderful cat.

..my baby boy chihuahua was mutiliated by the vets at this hospital...a simple neuter gone horribly wrong....he continues to bleed from his ****, even after enduring a second `corrective`surgery..no credible answers given for his current condition..
